Stayed Feb 8, 2025I have already posted how our stay was. The only good thing was we had a bed and roof over our heads.Did email Rupert, no answer back so never bothered again.No kitchen towels, no dish cloths. Moldy coffee grounds in the filter basket. Stove top a mess. Pots abd pans all worn out and greasy. Electric wires hanging from outlets. Smoke alarms not hooked up. Only one handtowel in bathroom. Only 2 washcloths. No bedside lamps. Could not turn ceiling fan on in bedroom. Too dangerous, it wobbled horribly. No light in toilet closet. Could not turn ceiling fan in living room. Outside back light blinked. Was afraid there might be a short and start a fure. Patio chair and table rusty and disgusting. This oroperty should never have been rented.toilecloset.yreamess.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We kept getting locked out. The key code lock is faulty and had to be reset each time. This is unacceptable. Always worried about getting in the home.

Stayed Feb 25, 2022The house was very nice, spacious and clean. HoweverI didn’t realize how far out it was. Felt like we were driving forever to get places. Got there the first night and a bunch of lights didn’t work. Likely a breaker tripped. Called and texted but no response at all. Next day while we we gone, someone must have come fixed it but no note or response at all from owner or VRBO. Glad it was fixed. Also no ability to adjust the air/heat. Got there and first night was way to warm. Called/texted but no response. Next morning temp was lowered (online remotely) but no response/apology from owner or VRBO to my text/calls.

Stayed Jan 11, 2022Pros: nicely decorated. Cons: smelly water, well water system definitely needs repair. On 3 occasions we had no running water and had to call into the management company and have someone come out to fix it. Cons: carpets full of pet hair. Cons: ants all over the house. Cons: only one television in the home, might be a good idea for homeowners to put in another for families who rent. Home owners definitely need to fix these issues in the home so that someone could comfortably enjoy their vacation.
