Ranch Home w/ Air Hockey & PacMan near Naval Base!

The property was freezing even with the thermostat at 74. Come to find out there were 3 windows cracked open at the top and unlocked. I felt the property was a little misrepresented. The 3rd queen was a double bunk bed and 2 cots. Mattresses are hard like a brick so if you like that, this is the place for you. Minimal kitchen amenities but the place was clean.

Went to North Chicago to attend my grandson’s Navy Bootcamp graduation. This house was the perfect place to gather during his liberty for family togetherness and games. The house is about a 15 minute drive to the base. Restaurants are close as well.

On the plus side, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, and the house was clean. Location was also perfect for us. On the negative side there were no towels in the bathrooms and I finally found plenty of towels in one of the hall closets. There were no instructions anywhere indicating the Wi-Fi information and I had to email multiple times until I got the correct password and the grill on the deck was not working properly and the table and chairs pictured on the deck we’re not there. I assume that may have been due to cold weather.I will say that these problems were quickly corrected by management.My recommendation would be to post a booklet or placard that gives the Wi-Fi information somewhere in the house and update your pictures on the Internet to reflect what the different areas of the house look like now.

This property was located in a beautiful neighborhood. Every day people were pushing strollers, walking dogs,etc. We felt very safe and the home was very secured. Updated appliances. Washer dryer was handy. Outdoor Grill & games for kids and parents! I can’t say enough about this property. I think you would be very pleased to stay here. We stayed due my grandson graduating from the Naval Boot Camp, which was very close to the home. Close to all shops,etc. so much better than a hotel.

For any family going to Navy Bootcamp Graduation it is absolutely perfect. The neighborhood is like something off a Hallmark card. Beautiful areas to walk with perfectly landscaped yards. The house had everything we needed. The air hockey table was a big hit. The outside bbq area was great. The beds were SOOOO comfortable.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this home. The neighborhood is lovely, it's walkable, there's a nice park nearby and a great bike path across the river, shopping is close and the house itself was suitable for a family that needed three bedrooms. We all felt that we had proper privacy and a choice of gathering locations within the home. We would definitely stay here again.

As advertised. We had a great time at the home took advantage of the area and the beautiful weather, walked in the nearby park, unfortunately wasn’t able to walk the nearby trail. It’s a very nice quiet neighborhood. Close to Lake Forest College and Libertyville, with easy access to the freeway.

Deceptively roomy. From the outside yoi would not believe how big it would feel inside. The games were a huge hit. If I had any suggestions it would be to upgrade the curtains. They just didnt cover 100%. Otherwise I think was awesome!

We stayed in the VRBO-Libertyville-to be close to the Naval Base for our son's graduation. We were pleasantly surprised that it was also close to grocery stores and great restaurants. It was also very convenient to arteries to get to the Downtown Chicago area and O'Hare Airport. We loved the Arcade game and the air hockey table. We spent much time competing for the highest score. The house was very clean and tidy. We would, however, suggest a garbage disposal for the kitchen sink. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our five-night stay.

It was a very clean house! Having cots really made life easier with the two little kids. We loved the nice neighborhood. It came with all the essentials for making big meals. We were all very impressed! Highly recommend!!

The house and location was perfect for our stay. Proximity to everything was wonderful. House was well appointed. Would recommended and stay again.

This property was exactly as advertised. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked and everything was clean and comfortable. This property is close to base and it was easy to navigate back and forth for graduation. We had a great time connecting with our sailor here and it was the perfect home base. Thanks so much!

This house was a great home for our stay to see our son graduate from the Navy. It was only a 15 minute drive to base and 35 minutes to airport. House was super clean and had everything we needed to cook a home cooked meal for our sailor. We used the cot so the kids didn’t have to share a bed. Our son was happy and comfortable sleeping on it in the spacious living room. My husband had to work online one day. The master had a desk which gave him a perfect space to do so. The neighborhood was safe and quaint. There is even a hiking trail along the river a block away. Highly recommend this home.
