This Casita (guest house) is a brand new, fully insulated, well appointed grain bin with its adjoining cook/bath house combo is unlike any vacation guest rental in Bozeman.
Decorated with many pieces of authentic Mexican art and furnishings collected by the owners during their many years of winter travel throughout Mexico.
Welcoming guests inside, you will find a restful king size bed outfitted with premium, 100% cotton linens and cozy down comforter.
Relax in one of the two, comfortable leatherette swivel chairs with matching ottomans with a book or watch Netflix or Amazon on the 32 inch TV . The Mexican equipale chair also provides comfortable seating . The Mexican armoir accommodates guests clothing as well as house 2 throw blankets provided for extra warmth inside and out.
When necessary, the Casitia is warmed by thermostatically controlled electric baseboard heaters and cooled by the air conditioner.
Guests are thrilled by the beautiful views of the Spanish Peaks, Hyalite, and Bridger Mountians from both inside and out of the Casita.

The adjoining COOK/BATH HOUSE was an old tool shed long forgotten on the ranch. It was rescued and lovingly restored into a modern, eco-friendly facility.
Upon entering the space, guests will appreciate the full, modern kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, stainless steel sink, microwave, and a 2 burner electric stove top in a bank of modern cabinetry. Fully furnished with colorful Fiestaware dishes; pots, pans, a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, tea kettle, blender, flatware, knives, table and kitchen linens, soaps, etc. are all provided for our guest's convenience..
Through the sliding barn door inside, guests will find the bath. It too has been beautifully decorated with an authentic Mexican Tlaquepaque pottery sink and back splash as well as a tile and metal mirror. Plush bath towels of premium 100% cotton , eco-friendly shampoo and bath gel, and body lotion are all provided.
Both the kitchen and bath are heated with electric, baseboard heaters.

Relax in the morning with a cup of coffee on the sail shaded deck listening to the sweet songs of birds greeting the day. If the mornings or evenings are a bit too cool, fleece blankets are provided to keep guests cozy.
Spend the day reading and relaxing or explore the many shops, art galleries, and innovative restaurants in historic downtown Bozeman. Or put on your adventure hat and hike or bike on the numerous trails (a very informative trail guide book is made available), that Bozeman and the Gallatin Valley has to offer. Or perhaps explore one or two of the many nearby parks, visit the renowned Museum of the Rockies, float the Madison River, or fish one of the many blue ribbon trout streams in the area all while enjoying the rich beauty of Montana!
After a day of adventure (or not), come back to the cozy Casita for an evening cocktail before heading out for a fabulous dinner downtown or stay put, grilling a steak on the barbecue while enjoying the flowing, native grasses, views, and an occasional deer wandering by.
Just like its sister guest cabin on the ranch, the 150 year old Bannack (VRBO # 325398), this guest house is just as cozy and very private. Our location can't be beat! We are just a 10 minute drive from both the airport and or Downtown Bozeman.
Come stay with us! You won't regret it!

We had a lovely stay at this unique property. It was very private yet close to town. We felt like we were in the beautiful countryside of Bozeman. It was clean and had all the amenities that we needed.Kate and Ron were great hosts. They met us when we arrived, were very friendly and showed us around then left us to ourselves unless we had questions.

We loved the Casita. Stayed a few days as we moved our daughter from CT to Bozeman. The casita is decorated with art from Mexico that Ron and Kate have collected over the years. The views are lovely. We spent time on the deck with coffee and inside when it got cold. Everything you need is there and the casita is close to everything in Bozeman: restaurants, grocers, sites but away from all of the hustle and bustle of all of the incredible development going on in Town.We spent a day in Yellowstone and Ron gave us hints on other places to enjoy the great outdoors. Our daughter will be in Bozeman for sometime so we hope to be back often.

I had a very comfortable and secluded stay while working in the area. Hosts were great and met me with a personal greeting upon arrival.

Hosts were excellent, communicated in a timely matter & personally welcomed us when we checked in. They walked us through all the “ins & outs” of staying at their place. The casita was just as represented. Interior was spotless & they thought of everything; plus some nice little extra touches. Enjoyed coffee & patio on the deck that connects to e 2 buildings. The property itself (the ranch) is a work in progress, which didn’t bother us a bit. The casita is off in its own corner and was quiet and surrounded by tall grasses, trees, & a couple of burms. We listened to the birds, were visited by a friendly local cat, enjoyed the mountain views, & saw a doe with its fawn. It was a short 5 minute drive into Bozeman, so perfect for activities, exploring , & getting together with family who were staying at Days Inn & the Kimpton. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay & would stay again.

Highly recommend staying here. The Casita had everything we needed and then some. We got to enjoy our morning coffee with a mountain view. A slice of country but minutes from Bozeman area. We will be returning on our next Montana adventure!

We are light sleepers so the location was perfect. We didn't have a chance to sit on the patio because we were visiting family and we would return late at night. We only had one issue and the owners took care of it immediately.

We had a great time and the cleanliness was superior to many other places we have stayed at. Nice kitchen and restroom. We were welcomed by the two owners that were very helpful in getting us oriented to town and different places. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much!
