Great location, quiet and very close to Red River Beach, a sandy, sprawling beach just steps from the home. The main part of the home offers an updated kitchen, open and large living/dining room that opens to a huge patio with garden fountain and covered sitting areas. The main section of the home has six bedrooms on two floors. One hasits own entrance - perfect for grandparents/nanny. The second section of the home can be open or closed off from the main section and features 3 additional bedrooms, its own kitchen, access to outside patio and shower, and finished basement with foosball and couch with tv.
If you are looking for space, privacy and beach access, this is it!! Very well maintained- inside and out. Linens included.
