Lovely pool and spa

This house was perfect for our stay in La Quinta. CJ was exceptionally responsive and easy to work with. The location was great…we could walk to Old Town and it was convenient to amazing golf courses. The house is very well stocked with everything you might need. I would definitely rent this one again!

Amazing host. Also, 10/10 for a reason! Great location, super clean, beautiful home, and better than described/pictured. We had an amazing time and will definitely come back and recommend!

Everything was wonderful the kids enjoyed the pool. Kitchen was well equipped internet was great as well. Found the home to be very clean and quiet at night.

Open space, updated appliances, iPad pool control. Home very clean and prepped for renters. Host CJ is very responsive and accommodating. Great experience for our first time use of VRBO. Definitely the way to go in the future and a DEFINITE return to this residence.

We had another great year staying here. We'll definitely be back!

Fun little neighborhood close to walking trails and old town La Quinta. House was well furnished and very comfortable. It could use a good cleaning but overall a nice place to stay. We enjoyed the pool/spa and outdoor living.

The home, the location and the host were fantastic.

Wonderful place for three adult couples to stay. All king beds. The inside is very pretty and landscaping.

Great property, it’s everything it says it is and more. Wish our stay was longer to take advantage of the extra amenities offered. 10/10

Great host. Home is open, cozy, and has plenty of space for 6 adults. Every amenity is provided. There's no outdoor eating table or fire pit, but everything else more than makes up. Highly recommend this home.

In town for a wedding, and this place accommodated our family, 7 adults. The house is located near everything and is very well maintained, comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood.

We had to evacuate from the Pasadena area due to the Eaton fire and were fortunate to find this great property. Place is well maintained, with great instructions for pool, Bbq, and owner is great with communication on any questions. Place is well stocked with dishes, pans, seasoning for cooking, cleaning and bathroom supplies. Quick access to great restaurants in downtown La Quinta and hiking trails at the end of La Quinta cove. Highly recommend this property.

The property itself was very nice and the host made it very welcoming. My daughter especially loved the heated pool and jacuzzi. If you're traveling to La Quinta this is a great place to stay!

We forgot a couple of items and was able to go back and get them which was nice
