Quite studio with RV parking

Comfy studio, compact and functional. Very quiet. Short drive to lake and shopping. Responsive host.

Air conditioning was great. It was just what we needed for the few days before our month long rental was available. Perfect place for our older fur baby.

Nice safe neighborhood, quiet and far away from the traffic noises. The room was clean, smelled good and is well appointed with everything you need. The AC works great, the week I was there it was 85-95 degrees, but I was nice and cool inside.

The AC works beautifully. The soft water is wonderful. This was my wife's first time staying here, my third. The place is so comfortable and the available parking for my boat is so convenient. I always enjoy staying here when I visit Lake Havasu.

It was a good stay for us, but unfortunately, it was so hot in Lake Havasu that we couldn't get out and enjoy any activities. This wasn't the fault of the place we stayed of course, but we were thankful that the air conditioning worked very well as we spent most of our time indoors. The appartment was well-appointed, clean and had all we needed.

This is my second time staying here at this property. Once again, I am very satisfied with the location, condition of the property and the ample RV parking that allows me to keep my boat on the premises. The AC works very well, it was 116 degrees this past weekend. I will be staying here again I'm sure.

My husband fishes Havasu throughout the year, it’s not easy to find a place to accommodate our bass boat because we need to charge the trolling motor. This was a great location with perfect boat parking. The owner was very responsive to my questions. My husband will definitely stay here again!

The description of the property is spot on. I was staying by myself for almost a week. The room was quiet, everything was in place and clean. I had a very pleasant stay.

Loved my stay at Big Horn Studio! It was quiet both day and night. Had just what I needed. I would definitely stay there again. Also loved the shower had good pressure and hot water!

Property was as advertised, clean and cozy. Owners communicated well and responded promptly when a lightbulb went out. Would stay again if I returned to the area.

Second time I have stayed here. Its simple with all the basics. They provide both a Kureg coffee maker as well as a drip coffee maker along with coffee for both! I love this because I very much prefer drip coffee ocer the Kureg. The hosts are very accomidating and there is ample parking.

I was so pleasantly amazed at how nice this little studio is. The hosts are accommodating beyond the norm. They communicated every step of the way and provided many greatly appreciated personal touches to the property. The studio is larger than it looks in the photos. The AC works very well keeping the 108 degree temps outside. The ceiling fan circulates the AC so that even the bathroom is a comfortable temperature. The appliances are all that are needed. A microwave, toaster oven, coffee pot and Kcup brewer. The water is softened and the shower is very well appointed. The towels are high quality and comfortable. The recliner is comfy and provides a tray for eating. The parking is what really took this to a five star review. There is enough room for my truck, two boats and a second vehicle. I was able to park all my vehicles with space left over and felt safe with them there. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. I will be booking this studio again for my next boating trip. Many thanks to the hosts for providing such a welcoming and enjoyable stay.
