Stayed Jul 19, 2025The mold was so bad on the upstairs master suite bathroom ceiling that it was unusable.. water was continuously dripping through door jam causing lights to flicker.. we were told not to turn on that switch. DO NOT rent this property unless this toxic problem is addressed. I reached out as soon as we checked in but of course they could not fix the problem, so we shut it off and inconvenienced ourselves by using the other bathroom which was also being used by other people, I called after check out to ask for some money back seeing we DID NOT get what we paid for and they have yet to call me back.. that was 7/22 and today is 7/27. Extremely disappointed.. would never stay at that property again.. especially for the wildly overpriced amount we paid for what we got. Side bar... please know that the high dunes COMPLETELY block any water view... you pay ocean front prices but can't see any water unless you walk over the dune which was a very short walk.
