Bedrooms- one King, two Queen. (there is as well large sectional in the living room that can be used for extra guest)
TV - 60' Smart TV (no TV's in the bedrooms). No cable, but Wifi & Netflex. Wifi doe not require the password.
Large Kitchen & Breakfast Nook - 4 electric burner stove (as shown in the pictures), microwave, toaster, dishwasher, coffee maker & all essentials. Two rolls of Bounty Paper towels will be provided. Countertop Kenmore Elite Oven.
Entertaining Room with pool table
Large deck with gas grill . We have two gas tank & will check to make sure they are full, but in case you run out, there is Turkey Hill Mini Market around 1.8 m away from the house open 24 hours & can be filled there.
There is a fire pit in the back yard our guests find very nice & relaxing.
Arrival - once the booking confirmed , you will get 1 page Tenant Registration form for SCE(Saw Creek Estate). Once completed you will be registered & all the driver names will be given to the gate. The guest should arrive at the Main Gate using Visitor line. The address & how to access the house will be given in the morning of the check in. Once in the house there will be Renter Information Package on the table with the SCE rules, Community map, Contact sheet & some menus for close by places. Please, get familiar. You will might find the info helpful.

The owner lied to us about the access to pool in the community,he said that it was closed but eventually he just didn’t pay for the membership.The toilet went out of service,water car out from inside ,crap was everywhere and the smell was in the whole house and he knew that it was unoperable the day before we arrived,the mechanics spent literally the whole day in the house to fix it.He promised us one night refund and it never happened.I don’t recommend to book this house because you don’t know what to expect.
Overall nice location. Rented the property for President Day/Valentine Day Weekend. Property is relatively close to ski resorts and some pretty nice restaurants. Would definitely recommend trying SOTE Gastropub food was amazing. When we first arrive my car got stuck in the driveway. Took me and my friends an 30mins to dig me out as the property owner did no clear the driveway. Oven in the kitchen did not work but we were okay as the stock top was functioning. Nice living room and TV, was able to connect my HBOX max account and showtime. Master bed room had a ton of lady bugs which forced us to sleep downstairs. Owner was responsive but seemed to not really care about the issue with the snow on the driveway and lady bugs. Overall the location was cool, living room was nice but most likely would not recommend this property.
& ensured that we check in okay. I don’t believe that things were done intentionally but this properly was extremely overpriced. We chose this home for the amenities — the kids were excited about going to the pools etc. We were told the day prior that the amenities would be unavailable due to COVID by owner. When we arrived at the gate of the community we were informed that the amenities were available. We had already booked additional activities outside the community (costing additional money) so the harm was already done. Plus no guest passes we left for us. When we arrived at the home it was clear that it needed some TLC. There was a hole in the siding by the garage, siding was missing, screens were missing from the windows & plants growing out of the gutters. The back deck appears to have foundational issues — I was nervous walking on it. The stairs are slanted forward & our daughter fell down them shortly after we arrived. I read that a normal oven was not available — just a counter top oven so I brought meals that could all be grilled. We were not happy to see the tiny grill provided. We had to cook things in shifts & the grill did not heat properly. We ended up using charcoal the last day as there was a tiny portable charcoal grill also available. No grill tools. The refrigerator was not cleaned out after the last stay. The ice maker did not work & no ice cube trays provided. There was one small cast iron pan, but was dirty. There was also one skillet & two pots. For what we paid per night you would think that there would be a decent pots/pan set & a nice grill especially w/ the big oven not working. One of my biggest issues with the property itself was that the back door did not lock. It looks like at one point it might have been kicked in. We were unable to leave anything of value in the home & felt unsafe at night. The one guest bedroom door appeared to also have been kicked in at one point. All three bedrooms did have AC units, which was great. All linens/towels were clean. The bathrooms were clean. The master bathroom shower door would not shut & looks to have had water damage by the spout which was spackled. The paint on the vanity door was peeling. There also no window covering in the bathroom, so anyone in the back yard could see in. Told the carpets were recently shampooed but there was a thick border of dirt at the walls. Loved the pool table. We got a lot of use out of it. Many pool sticks were provided.
The outside needed a little bit of attention specially the grass was to high, other than that beautiful property Thanks

This listing states CHARMING & ELEGANT, NEWLY RENOVATED & FURNISHED 3 BEDROOM. Not in the slightest was this house newly renovated (our stay was 10/5-8/17), charming, or elegant. Photos on the site hide a multitude of problems. 1. Oven broken. Optional convection oven. Informed day of check in. Could not cancel, had to re-shop for food, etc. Also the 2 provided propane tanks were 1 that was only half full. Was told there was a place down the way to get more. 2. Front door. No deadbolt, spot for one, but blank. 3. Back door. Broken, not able to lock the entire trip or keep our valuables or 3 year old grandson safe. Had to put a chair under the handle at night to secure. Could not leave anything behind. 4. Deck. Bad condition. Gate broken, stairs slanted, very dangerous - several of us slipped and fell including 3 yo grandson. 5. Backyard. Bag of trash left out back with dog mess inside. 6. Fire pit. Rock bench broken/knocked down day of arrival by owner. No firewood provided - told we could cut our own (how??). No hose to put out any potential fire. 7. Kitchen. States 2 rolls of towels provided - only 1/2 roll. Trashcans filthy. Food left in refrigerator. Several drawers obviously broken. Noticeable mold in several as well. 8. Master bedroom. Day of arrival owner informed there had been a broken water pipe. In fact - no shower head, shower wall had spackling on it, floor moldy and falling apart - owner covered with throw rug. 9. One bedroom (platform bed) - one bulb in overhead light, mold on AC unit, door had kick hole and jam cracked. Other bedroom wasn't used, but dirty. 10. Spare bathroom. Rugs dirty had to wash, undersink cabinet broken and came off hinges when tried to open - fell on 3 yo grandson. 11. Foyer - cathedral ceiling window had dead bugs all over the window sill. 12. Landscape - overgrown and full of weeds - no care there, and house was overall dirty outside. When we contacted HomeAway, they took our grievance, told us they had no way of assisting us with any type of refund from owners. Told to contact owners. Shared everything with owner after stay, no response. No response to follow up email. HomeAway only shared that they are investigating the property through their security division - unable to talk to this division as it's a big secret and they don't talk to the travelers other than asking for a case report and then never following up. Great place. Owner was easily accessible. Booking was easy and weekend was great.
We had a wonderful stay at this home in Saw Creek Estates. From the very beginning, the owner was very responsive - at times, he wrote back to me with questions within an hour. The house is clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. Although we didn't use the amenities the complex offered it is nice that there are things like indoor pools, indoor Jacuzzi and a ski slope during the winter months. The owner provides you with 6 passes to use these amenities. Unfortunately, the oven didn't work. There was an issue with the door latch. When I e-mailed the owner to tell them this they were already aware. I was not informed before arrival and wish I was as we did a bit of grocery shopping. The owner did provide a toaster oven for use but it did not have a rack inside of the oven and we couldn't find it in the house so we did not use it. There is a microwave and stove top that are functional. If you do not plan to use the oven, the house is perfect. I'm sure he will be fixing it soon as he understands the need. There are plenty of plates, utensils and all types of glassware. The owner leaves towels for shower use which is nice. Beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are clean. Overall, great stay. I would recommend it.
Our stay was perfect. The home was clean ,spacious, and so comfortable. From the nice bedrooms , to the wrap around couch family room and pool table room..we had it all. The neighborhood is peaceful and the home owners could'nt have been more accommodating . We hope to come back.
Very nice house. Owners are very friendly and responds on time. I can say a lot things but it may not make sense for some people. Just visit and you will enjoy your time there.
