This home offers a living room, updated kitchen, dining room on the first floor accompanied by two bedrooms and a full bath. The upstairs loft area features a high wooden ceiling with ample options for sleeping including 2 sets of bunk beds, a queen bed, and a futon style couch along with a 2nd bathroom. Walk out onto the 2nd floor deck to breathe in the fresh salt air and catch the mesmerizing colors of the sunset across the bay each evening. Great Family Spot in the Perfect LocationWe had a wonderful stay! The location truly can’t be beat—just one block from the beach and within easy walking distance to a market, deli, coffee shop, and an exercise studio. It made everything so convenient for our group.The house was well stocked with beach items, including chairs, boogie boards, and plenty of beach towels. We had what we needed in the kitchen for preparing meals for a large group.The house itself is older but clean, and the outdoor shower was a huge plus—especially helpful since there’s only one indoor shower, and we had 8 people. The outdoor seating area really made the space—perfect for group meals and hanging out together.One thing to note: we did need to wash all the linens and towels ourselves, which we hadn’t experienced before in a rental. That was a bit unexpected.All in all, it’s a great place for a large group or family looking to enjoy the beach and time together in a comfortable, laid-back setting. We'd definitely consider coming back.
