The host resides locally and is available from 7am - 10pm to assist guests.


The townhouse is located just one block from the Burke Gilman Trail, which spans nearly 19 miles between Seattle and Bothell. It is as much a thoroughfare for commuting to work and the University of Washington as it is a staple for social recreation and fitness. Built in the 1970s, the trail was among the first rail-trails in the country and helped inspire dozens of similar projects around the nation.

Visit the University District's informal eateries, coffeehouses and quirky shops lining University Way, known as The Ave.

Husky Stadium at the waterside UW campus draws big crowds for college football.

View contemporary works at the Henry Art Gallery (15th Ave NE & NE 41st St) and fossils, regional Indigenous art, and cultural artifacts at the stunning Burke Museum (4303 Memorial Way NE).

For an outdoor adventure, rent a canoe or kayak at UW’s Waterfront Activities Center (3710 Montlake Blvd NE).
Nearby Portage Bay is also popular for kayaking.

Our 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom townhouse is an excellent getaway for all types of travelers.

High-speed WiFi, TV with streaming apps, efficient heating and air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, lots of windows for natural light, a private attached garage, exclusive outdoor space with a paved patio, BBQ grill and a portable fire pit, all in a friendly quiet neighborhood!

Ground level entry with a small foyer and direct access to the garage. Our cozy inviting living room, a dining area, galley kitchen and a half bathroom are on the middle floor.
The top level has two bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed and their own private bathroom. The laundry area is in the hallway on the top floor between the two bedrooms.

Guests have access to the entire place.


Our location has many nearby public transportation options.

The 1-Line Northgate Angle Lake Rail Line is 1.4 miles, and there are 10 bus line options just a short walk away.

Seattle Children's Hospital is a quick drive or easy walk, less than a half a mile from the house.

*Please note, the garage comfortably accommodates only one vehicle. Additional parking is available along the public street without a permit or fee.

*A garage door opener is provided, and must be returned upon check out. Guests will be charged a $100 replacement fee if the garage door opener is not returned on check out day.

*VRBO charges the host a fee to process guest payments for the nightly rate, the cleaning fee, and the occupancy taxes.
Due to this fee, which is separate and in addition to a hosting fee, a $10 per night fee will be charged to guests.

    We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Seattle rental! The location couldn’t have been more perfect — walking distance to UW, right off the Burke-Gilman Trail, and just minutes from U Village for shopping and dining. The home itself was thoughtfully designed and ideal for two couples, with two spacious ensuite bedrooms that gave everyone plenty of comfort and privacy.The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals at home, which made our stay even more relaxing. The entire space was spotless, modern, and very well maintained, with plenty of little touches that made it feel like home.On top of that, the host was an absolute star — communication was quick, clear, and super helpful from start to finish. It’s clear they truly care about making guests feel welcome.We’d stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for the perfect Seattle stay!

    Very clean, garage access/ parking was an added benefit, there is some bus noise in the evening, quiet area, very well-equipped kitchen, would like to have black-out curtains in the bedrooms. Would stay here again.

    This was the perfect place for us, roomy, clean, aesthetically pleasing, all amenities worked well, the garage was a blessing as otherwise you’d have to find street parking. Stores are close by, within walking distance. I would definitely recommend staying here.

    This townhome was a perfect choice for us! The neighborhood is quiet, with a market and plenty of restaurants nearby. Beautiful walking/biking trail around the corner and walking distance to the university and football stadium. The host responded quickly to all messages. I would stay here again without hesitation.

    We booked this place when we dropped off our daughter at UW and the location could not be better. We were minutes from the University Village that had great shopping options while equally close to the campus. This property is located in a residential area which allows one to relax and unwind after a long day in a quiet setting. There were countless little items that made you feel right at home without having to remember to purchase or bring them. Very happy to have found this property and will definitely be booking again when visiting our daughter.

    Although our stay was not a vacation, the convenient location, cleanliness and prompt attention from host Dre was perfect for our needs! The Metropolitan Market nearby supplied us with everything needed! Next time, we hope to see more of Seattle!
