Quiet Street 10 minutes from Downtown Indy! #2

I arrived in the evening, it was very hard to find the address on the house, no outside light was on. No driveway access, only street parking. To enter the property you have to go up a small hill & small flight of about 5 stairs. The home itself was very large, 2 floors with about 20-30 stairs going up to the 2nd floor through a narrow stairwell where all the bedrooms were located. Bedrooms were a decent size, closets were small, broken dressers in some of the rooms, no hangers to hang clothes. Full bathroom on the 2nd floor, powder room on the main level. THE TOWELS PROVIDED HAD HEAVY BLOOD STAINS ON THEM! GROSS!!! NO TOWELS IN BATHROOMS. Only 1 set provided per room. Bedding, couches, pillows had a substantial amount of stains. Main bathroom could have been cleaned better, hair throughout the shower. The inside of the refrigerator was disgusting, kitchen cabinets/drawers were cooking utensils were stored were dirty. This place should have been cleaned entirely better. Only provided with 2 rolls of toilet paper for a 4 day stay, & ran out of tp, & papertowels. Only 1 tv in whole property, in the livingroom. Floors extremely creeky. Home itself was a bit creepy, many unexplained locked doors like in the main bathroom, then on the main floor- not the basement door. I think this property was split into 2 seperate living facilities & that's why some of the doors were locked off to prevent someone from the next door property coming in. Just weird & creepy. Nice front porch.

This unit was great for a place to lay my head in the middle of travel. Hosts were very clear with instructions and responsive to all questions.

The home was very convenient to downtown where we went back and forth to each day for a swim meet. Our hosts were very gracious and responsive. The house, while old, is well maintained and very clean. Some of the living room furniture could use updating, but our beds were very nice and comfortable. The street was quiet and we felt safe.

The host was great. The communication was amazing before, during and after my stay. They were quick to respond and very friendly. I asked for suggestions before and during my stay. They provided very detailed checkin and out instructions that were very helpful. The place was clean and spacious. It was a pleasant experience for my first time in the state.

The host for the house we stayed at in Indianapolis, Indiana, was very great to work with. Very cozy house, and in a great area clise to a lot of things to do.

The location was good for the reason we came to town. Home was just as described. I would stay here again.

Our host was amazing and the home was nice. It was a half block away from a nice park and surrounded by other cute homes in an up and coming neighborhood. You'll need a car to get to restaurants and shops.

Two of my sons and I were in Indy for the 500! This house worked out perfectly for us! Nice grand house. Very quiet neighborhood. House was very clean and the beds were very comfortable! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our hosts were very prompt and attentive with communication. We would return!

Overall the property was great ! The only issue I had was that the floors creek pretty bad , but you can tell the property is a bit older so it’s understandable. The rooms only have a ceiling light/fan , there’s no tvs in the rooms so I would recommend a bedside lamp.

The place was really clean when we arrived. Everyone got all settled in that day and were good to go for the conference the next morning. Lovely place!

I came for an expo and had some things mailed. Something came too early so the owners went to the house and grabbed the package for me. I was also a day late be because of flight drama and they pulled all of the boxes inside, (not 1 or 2, but 9 boxes about 40 lbs. each.). They were so nice, so friendly and I was actually super sad that I didn’t get a chance to meet them in person. The house was old but clean and well maintained and the neighborhood was quiet. I would absolutely stay again!

We stayed here 10 days for a six game Fever home stand. The place was clean and comfortable, the queen beds were great and the kitchen had everything we needed. It is in a great location from downtown. Will definitely stay here again!

I enjoy it

The overall experience was decent. The place is located in a quiet neighborhood. The house is old but clean. It can improve some of the features like the kitchen stove, the refri and the wooden floor (to squishy). The staircase going up to the rooms is very narrow so is not recommendable for big size people. Is challenging going up the stairs, but one being upstairs, it is spacious. Three medium size rooms and a/c available throughout the house made it confortable enough. Plenty of stores to shop groceries around (driving distance). Indy downtown is just a 16 min drive, and I loved the fact that traffic is light in the mornings from this location. (Definitely not California) Communication with one of the hosts through text was amazing and she was very kind to us when we arrive earlier than check-in time and she let us getting. I definitely recommend it for a decent stay around Indianapolis.
