The Neighborhood is a quiet place. Not much traffic going in front of the house. You are 1 mile from Holliday park, 3 miles from the hospital and downtown. From l25 you are 2 miles away . Cheyenne Frontier Days park is 4 miles away.
You can get around town by car. If you brought your bike. The Greenway is 2 blocks away. Great way to enjoy Cheyenne.
Park in the driveway and use the side door of the house. Makes it easier to load/unload items from the vehicle.
Kitchen has two stove-top for cooking. Does not have an oven.
This is a Non- Smoking Rental. You may not smoke within 4 feet of the house.

    The property was very well organized and clean. The only thing I noticed that was a foul odor from the kitchen floor vent whenever the air came on.

    We were in town for Cheyenne Frontier Days and found this STR on VRBO. Within a few minutes of making my reservation, the owner called me to welcome me. Everything we needed was within the premises, it is clean and has easy access to downtown and the interstate. Because the owner is invested in other businesses in Cheyenne he knows what “great customer service” means and exceeded all our expectations.

    Our host warmly welcomed us to the neighborhood. We enjoyed the peaceful, super tidy accommodations while enjoying some bike riding about downtown and a night in Cheyenne. If we are back in the area, we will definitely be staying here again!

    George was a great host! He was easily accessible for any questions. The property was clean and had everything we needed for our short stay in Cheyenne. The wifi was excellent. When we first arrived, the neighborhood seemed a bit questionable but in the end there was NO problem. Check in and exit were easy. I would recommend staying in George's property for folks visiting Cheyenne, WY.
