This inviting three-bedroom retreat accommodates up tosix guests!



Unwind in the master suite's king-sized bed and private ensuite, with access to the backyard. Choose from a queen bed or two singles in the additional bedrooms, serviced by a second bathroom with bath and walk-in shower.



Relax in the lounge with a Smart TV, offering free-to-air channels and apps like Netflix and YouTube. Stay cozy year-round with the heat pump/AC and enjoy outdoor meals on the small patio.



Cook up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen and take advantage of the lockable garage and driveway parking. Laundry facilities are provided for your convenience.

The house is a short drive to Countdown supermarket and an assortment of stores being built there. It is also near to the new family entertainment centre, Dropzone which has bowling, mini golf, trampolines and VR games. Lacus Café and Mavericks bar are also extremely popular eateries right nearby.



You are also a quick drive from the many lake beaches in Wharewaka and Two Mile Bay or you can enjoy the many family-friendly bike tracks through native plantings within the subdivision. There is a shared path that leads down to an underpass, just up the street, which gives safe and easy access to the lakefront in minutes.

Valid Sunday–Thursday this month only. Excludes weekends, public holidays, and school holidays. Free night must be requested when booking. You will need to book the first two nights, and we will reserve the third one separately for you to enjoy.

No parties, smoking, or pets.

Keep noise indoors and minimal after 10 pm.

Highchair & Cot Availability: We have a limited number, please request before booking to avoid disappointment - Bedding for the cot is not provided.

Starter kit of essentials: Tea, coffee (instant), sugar, oil, salt & pepper, milk, paper towels, dishwashing liquid, dishwashing tablets, rubbish bags, shampoo & body wash, hand wash, toilet paper.

Professional linen provided and one body towel per guest (no facecloths).

Interaction with Guests:
