Quiet Luxury: Heated Pool, Putting/Chipping Greens, Kiva, & Views! Golf close!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. In the midst of the desert in July, it felt like we had our own private oasis. The tropical flowers, lemon trees, cactus and more provided habitat for hummingbirds, jackrabbits, small lizards, and even owls. We cooled off in the pool every day after exploring the area--and there are a lot of hiking trails, shopping, restaurants, etc. within 20-60 minutes of the property. The house was clean and has spacious rooms with walk-outs to upper patios. There was plenty of room for a group with spaces to be separate from the group if desired. There were hotel-sized toiletries in every bathroom along with plush towels and wash cloths. The kitchen had quality furnishings and all the gadgets and appliances needed to prepare nice meals. LuAnn was quick to respond to any questions we had. Checking in and out was super easy too.

Hands down the most amazing place we have ever stayed at in AZ ! The pictures online dont even do it justice! The sunrise off the balcony is breathtaking! The wildlife around the property is amazing! We will definitely stay here again when booking our next trip !

LuAnn's house is a great place to stay in the North Scottsdale area. Large house with great amenities. All well stocked with up to date features. Great areas to chill. Large living and dining rooms and a great den upstairs with bar. TV'S everywhere. Access to 2 car garage. The other is filled with some other great adult toys which aren't available. Great outdoor areas. The pool was heated more than adequately but the weather didn't give us much chance to use it. The fourth bathroom is on the main floor and since we chose this property mainly because we wanted 4 bdrms and 4 bathrooms this was a minor issue. Access to this property is also a mile along a dirt road amd 30 minutes from anything. For us playing golf at Troon and the Boulders mainly, that was not an issue. Overall, a great place for golfers or a large family.

Really enjoyed our stay here. LuAnn was very communicative and helpful throughout our stay. Will definitely be returning!

The house was great, the pool and grill worked well, overall a great rental property. Lots of golf nearby if that's your thing.

My husband and I spent 10 days at this wonderful home. Everything about this property was top notch: comfortable bed, great linens, clean, incredible kitchen, warm pool, fabulous yard (we spent time each day putting and chipping) and very helpful and responsive owners. We chose the location in Rio Verde because it was close to the Four Seasons where we attended the wedding of a close friend’s son during the time that we were there. We were thrilled to discover that the area is jam-packed with incredible places to hike and wonderful golf courses, while maintaining a distinctly non-urban, natural desert feel. We will be back!

If you are looking for something a bit out of town this house is for you! We have 4 adult couples and the house worked great!! We had a blast.

First just wanted to say LuAnn tried but price value was poor. She even credit me back and thought it was more than should have been. Start with pool not heating,LuAnn tried but 2days later was good. Inside lots of stains carpet cob webs as they said no one could come clean ok, but full garbage can , mouse dead on porch by back door, stain on carpet everywhere, dust had to clean everything including bending. Curtains dishevaled. Came front door leaves and dented everywhere. Would have expected bett. Even blankets where piled in closet and had to wash as weren't sure if they had been used. All I can say as roof over our head that's about it. REALLY DISAPPOINTED as was special occasion and quite honestly was embarrassed with accomodations.

Stayed here for a wedding in the area. Great location! Outdoor amenities were great for the down time we had. The house was very spacious and worked out well for the seven people in our group.
