Quiet Kanab Home w/ Panoramic Views & Porch!

My wife and I loved the house. Tastefully decorated and well stocked with everything you would need. Very quiet neighborhood a short drive to the stores in town. The horses next door were very friendly.

It was a very comfortable stay. It was pretty well equipped, I just thought more storage like a closet or drawers would have been nice. Close to downtown.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Clean and spacious. Lots of room to unwind after long days of hiking and sightseeing. Great views from the property also.

Our experience was terrific. The home is exactly as it’s pictured. It was nicely decorated, very clean, comfortable and thoughtfully equipped. Our host had everything needed and more. We stayed two nights for a side trip to see Bryce and Zion. There is so much to see and do around Kanab that we wished we’d stayed longer. Definitely will return!

This is a great property for visiting the Kanab region. The drive to Zion, Bryce, Escalante and Page is 30min-90min. The property is quiet comfortable and offers great views. The drive to the shops and restaurants is 5 min. We cooked breakfast every day and had 2-3 dinners as well. Everything we needed. Many thanks to the property owner and the rental team.

Stayed here as our base camp for Zion, Bryce, Arizona, and Kanab area! House was clean and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. House was close to town but still quiet. We would definitely stay here again!

This charming house was great to have as home base during our stay here! Besides being well equipped, comfortable and nicely decorated, the views are beautiful and stars, plentiful. We took excursions to Bryce Canyon, Escalate and did some local hiking. We enjoyed several restaurants in town in the evenings. We would highly recommend!

The pictures online match our experience. Great home that is very clean with all the amenities! Kanab is a great place for all your adventures. Plus a good amount of restaurants and sights in town. Would definitely stay here in the future!

We had a wonderful time in Kanab and the place was great and very clean and we enjoyed it. We couldn’t find a place to put our garbage in an outside bin so left the garbage and felt bad about that.

Fantastic views, perfectly clean. Less than 5 minutes from everything in town, without that in town feeling. Definitely would book again (and for a longer stay) next time in Kanab!

Nice quiet, out of town location with a 370 dg of the red rock mesas. Well equipped and comfortable. Would have appreciated a full stove since we were a longer term stay. Active neighbors being horses, rabbits, quail, ground squirrels and a road runner.

We travel a lot and this was one of the best VRBO’s we’ve stayed in. It has a nice western theme. The home is relatively new and has great views for both sunrise and sunset. It was very clean and I’m pretty picky with that kind of stuff. There were plenty of towels and kitchen supplies, and everything else we needed. It is so so quiet you will sleep like a baby. Kanab has a very pleasant small town vibe. It’s very close to the town for groceries and restaurants, but out just enough to enjoy the quiet and gaze at the stars at night. We didn’t have kids with us but there were lots of board games for the little ones. There are lots of local trails if you enjoy hiking. The Belly of the Dragon, Squaw trail and Sand Caves just to name a few. Also numerous National Parks and Lake Powell are within a reasonable distance.
