Loved the pool and hot tub. Very nice house, comfortable.

It was great! Loved having a pool AND a hot tub!! Check-in and check-out was very easy, and we got messages to remind us to take trash to the curb and then to bring the trash bins back in! They were very attentive to answer any questions we had.

This was a great house! Very clean and everything you needed! Being able to use the beach cart was a game changer! We hauled the Harley down and having a place with a garage was magnificent! Relaxing in the pool or hot tub in the evenings made for a nice treat at the end of the days! There isn't much to do in Marco Island but the home was great.

Property had everything we needed and more. It was clean and well appointed.

We enjoyed our 2 week stay very much. The home construction is builder-grade but it is conveniently located and very clean. Everything worked as is should, and the property met our expectations. Our suggestions include upgrading from queen to king matresses (there is more than enough room as the bedrooms are quite spacious) and bumping up the pool temperature a few degrees. A small desk in each bedroom would be nice as well. Note that San Marco Road is a main thorougfare and, as such, carries substantial traffic. It is our opinion that the rental rate was fair and reflected the busy location.

Very nice, clean well equipped home! Perfect for relaxing couples week!!! Loved the screened lanai/pool area, heated pool and hot tub!!! Enjoyed the well equipped kitchen and grill with spices provided!!! Plenty of pots, pans and dishes to cook and eat at home!!! Plenty of beach towels and kitchen towels!!! Appreciate the clothes and dish soap and washer and dryer! Beds and pillows were comfortable!
