Stayed Sep 18, 2024The property is lovely and we had a great 10 days. It is down a quiet lane and has a completely enclosed garden which was perfect as we had a 6 month old puppy with us who could not escape. The outside shower was a great idea to wash away sandy paws. The BBQ and seating area outside was clean and there were coals available for us to use. It was perfect for us as a couple and we only went upstairs to hang clothes but it was all very clean in bedrooms, kitchen and living area. The big downside to the property is the bathroom. Sadly the shower was not so clean and the whole area needs a refresh as the curtain hiding the boiler was pretty dusty too - not so nice to look at when you are on the toilet. However, apart from that it is a great property that is well equipped and even has a 2nd fridge in the outside shed if needed! Loctudy is a beautiful area and the beaches are fantastic.

Stayed Aug 7, 2021Suzanne and Ronan's rental is very well situated - and absolutely calm - an excellent location from which to explore southern Finistère with its beautiful beaches, fishing harbors, and medieval churches. The kitchen is particularly well equiped - they have clearly paid greater attention to one's needs in this area than most do. The house is small, but certainly very comfortable for a couple alone, or with one or two small children. Suzanne and Ronan were impeccably courteous hosts, who responded almost instantly to any questions we had.
