TPC Prestancia Golf Course and access to the 20-mile Legacy Trail are both located within four miles of the home. A pair of adult-size bicycles are also included for use during your stay.

When you're not out soaking up the sun and sights, you'll be able to kick back at home on the breezy, screened lanai. A lounge area, a gas grill, and a dining table set the scene for alfresco meals or happy hours. Sofas, books, a smart TV, and two separate living areas offer your choice for casual downtime inside. The roomy full kitchen is ready and equipped for home meal prep. Indoor eating options include an eat-in nook and a formal dining space. Additional perks include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
