Quiet home close to wec

New property. Was close to downtown which is what we were looking for. Friendly hosts and cozy property. Would stay there again without hesitation!

The house was modern and very clean . More than enough space for me and my family. I love the fact that there’s a garage to pull your car into. I can definitely see myself using this one again next time I go visit my kids .

This property is wondeful. Clean and updated. Smallest details were thoughtfully planned. Including a welcome gift and a coffe bar!! Just a lovely home and minutes from the horse show.

This was our second time staying here - last time was in 2023. The house is pretty much the same as it was then (not a bad thing, just commentary). Not the most upscale lodging but covers all the bases in comfort and within walking distance to downtown. We had a bit of drama at check in due to not getting the access codes but were able to get it resolved with help from Vrbo customer support and the host.

We come into town once a year for a horse show and love staying here. The check in process was flawless. We even got to check in an hour early which was amazing. The house is very homey. We love that there is a washer & dryer and 2 bathrooms. We will definitely be staying again

Very nice clean home.

Prior to arrival requested info to get into property; upon arrival still didn't have key to get into; they were putting roof on however, didn't do when I was at the house; after arriving home from their first night of the roof project the doors were locked and I couldn't enter again. Also advise to bring your own towels. Owner did respond when needed, just a bit of a hassle especially after 7 hr drive.

The house was great. Very clean and comfortable. So much larger than it looks. Convenient to everything in Wilmington. We really enjoyed our stay

Nice home, clean and well kept with all amenities, super functional. Neighborhood needs a little up keep/maintenance/TLC but the house itself is super nice. Thanks for a great stay!

RENTER BEWARE- property reviews states this is often double booked which we found to be true when we arrived at the property. We were not provided check in information prior to arrival and had to contact property manager who did immediately made us aware that it was double booked and wanted to move us to another location. We were already on site and requested to stay there since we were first arrival. It ultimately worked out for us however BEWARE listing is also on another site.

Initially booked for 10 nights, Jonathan was flexible and with short notice let us add a day to avoid traveling in bad weather. House is spacious, with everything you need for your stay. Quick response when we had a question. Convenient to WEC and town. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay! Clean small home in a convenient location. Wish there were some more kitchen tools, but we made do. Would stay again.

The house was perfect for our 4 day stay for Thanksgiving holiday with family. We had a few glitches in the checking in process as I'm not schooled in using a code to get into garages. Once I called and got instructions we were good to go! The house was clean and linens smelled fresh! Would definitely stay again while visiting family in the Wilmington area.

The property was just like it was listed and was a very nice location. We are considering staying at this property again next year.

I booked this house over a month ago. We arrived late in the evening to a house that already had people in it! We called the host who said they had trouble with VRBO and didn’t have another house to offer us. They were very apologetic, but in the end we had no place to stay at 9pm the vending of our arrival

Everything as expected

They double booked the house , only messaging on this platform , they never emailed, text, or called. Only finding out a few days before hand that the place we paid for wasn’t available. They did offer a different house but it wanted comparable to this home. It didn’t have two bathrooms and it wasn’t as nice I am assuming this house is. The house they put us in was okay but smelled. The didn’t go out of their way for us. And didn’t give us enou notice to make a difference booking. We booked this in March. They had to know that they double booked before a few days before our reservation.

This house was a super cute home away from home. Simple but elegance. Owners were very accomadating and helped us with whatever we needed.
