We had dropped a some shredded cheese and would have swept up, if we had a broom. Very affordable and felt very safe. Would definitely do again. Annually our female cousins get together. Nice and relaxing. Thank you

Check in was a breeze! The property was clean except for some cooking pans which were rusted and dirty. The dishwasher did not work and had not drained. The toaster only worked on one side. There were no paper towels or dish towels in the kitchen and no tissues - items that other VRBOs have furnished. Amenities in the bathrooms were very good. The beds were very comfortable. Other VRBO properties provide instructions for the TV in the common area. We asked for additional info and rceived info for the master bedroom. We finally figured it out on the 3rd day after the host did not respond to our request for more information. We did not use the TVs in the bedrooms. The host would only communicate with us via the VRBO app. Most hosts give a number to text or call in an emergency - such as the dishwasher issue. We had to wait 24 hours each time we had a question/ problem or call VRBO directly. The host DID give us the opportunity to check out early with a refund, which we accepted. All in all, if they were to address our concerns for the future, others would have a good stay.

The house was very clean and very comfortable. There were a few problems that didn’t impact our overall stay. The dishwasher, garbage disposal and coffee maker didn’t work. One side of the toaster had to be held down to toast. We couldn’t open a can with the hand held can opener.

Perfect house for an Easter weekend getaway and meeting place for our family. Nice location outside of the City but yet very close to downtown Louisville. House was very clean and was as described. Communication with host was timely and clear. No issues at all.

We were very pleased of this location. Very clean and had everything we needed. Kitchen was stocked. Plenty of places for everyone to sleep. It was in a good neighborhood. Only things I could think of to better it was maybe more towels and washcloths. They have a washer and dryer so we managed. Also when we would plug up both heaters in game room the breaker would trip causing WiFi and lights in garage to go off, so we just plugged up one heater in there after that. But overall everything was great, love the fenced in backyard. Thanks for having us, if we come back to this location we will be staying again.

The house was in a great location, close to Louisville Slugger Field for our Savannah Bananas game, but not in the downtown traffic. Nice property, quiet new neighborhood close enough to Louisville to drive or Uber. Comfy beds, all in all good house for a nice weekend away.
