Quiet detached house in Perros-Guirec

Overall a very enjoyable stay in Perros -Guirec. Very well equipped in good condition holiday home. Quiet neighbourhood with a 10 minute walk to shops and restaurants but this is down a fairly steep hill. This was not an issue for our party but may been a short drive for less able visitors. The only slight issue and I stress slight issue is the fact there is only 1 downstairs toilet placed in an under the stairs cupboard. Ideally there should be an upstairs toilet in the bathroom, this was not clear on the description. Again, this was not an issue for our party but would be for less able of larger parties.

Celine manages a spotless, modern gite that makes an accessible holiday base for Perros and the area. The kitchen is very well stocked, the oven works well, and dining areas are outside and in. We appreciated the complementary cider, gateau Breton, and coffee pods! We found the beds uncomfortable as we don't like memory foam mattresses, and the toilet being downstairs is a negative factor, we think. Seating is limited in the lounge (a sofa and a chair), considering the gite sleeps 5 adults. The electric shutters are beneficial at night. To get to the shops in the centre of Perros, it is a 10-minute walk. The gite is at the top of the hill, so walking to the beach necessitates an ascent on your return. The area around the gite is quiet and suburban. We enjoyed our stay!

This little house is in the perfect spot to explore Perros-Guirec. Celina is very friendly and accommodating.

The house is very well kept, great care and organisation has gone into what guests need and the organisation of the house. The location is really convenient for exploring the area, with the town and port a reasonable walking distance. Highly recommend.
