Private place of your own. Clean place and Elon is very responsive to my messages. Great location with access with lots of great restaurants.

Conveniently located at 15 minutes walking distance from Sky Train station between YVR and downtown Vancouver

Positioned just a short walk from the station that will get you into the centre in 12 to 15 mins. Brilliant well kept property. Everything you need at a bargain price compared to hotels in the city. Fab communications with the owner Elon. He understands customer service and providing what is advertised. Highly recommended place to stay.

Great for one night, would have liked to be able to park in driveway due to our luggage, other than that it was fine.

The property was located in a great neighborhood. The area was easily walkable to shopping, parks, and the Bridgeport Station. Quiet, comfortable stay!

Clean and quiet

We didnt receive the check-in details until 2 hours after we were meant to check in. Property is not quiet, it is located under the family house so can hear banging, walking & any conversation. It is also directly under the flight path, The flights are VERY loud. The accommodation is in a nice condition but there was hair all over the bathroom & in the bed when we pulled back the covers. We wouldn't stay again.

I stayed here for a week with my partner and it was super nice! Super quiet neighbourhood and Bridgeport station is about a 15 minute walk away. As other reviews mentioned, there is as to be expected some noise of planes and footsteps, but it was much quieter than I expected and never bothered either of us. It had everything we needed

Loved the location. I could easily could walk to the train station and a great Asian grocery store with hot food called FoodyWorld. The bed was very comfortable. The bedroom was a little bright at night and I prefer really dark. But overall I would give this place an A rating. Thank you.

Spacious place, good location

Generally comfortable living area with kitchen. The only problem was that there was control of cooling or heating. Not able to turn a/c on when needed. Owner was very personable and enjoyed meeting his family.

Very nice property , kitchen fully set up with everything you need . Bed very comfortable. The host was very pleasant . Would stay there again for sure .

Stayed for a short business trip and the suite fulfilled all my needs. Comfortable living space, bedroom and bathroom. Quiet central neighbourhood in Richmond. Affordable.

Nice and quiet location to wind down after visiting several spots

No A/C ,they need provider fan , toiletries need ,like towels,wash clothes, need extra clean especially the closet are dusty, its lot NO A/C,, the wash clothes are very old,i send email to owner that i need more more than 2 towels cuz we stay 7 days, shampoo are left over ,the sofa bed its to old its hard to seat on and hard to lay on.its look like no one rent the place for long time cuz its to dusty more hair in the bathroom. Im not to happy im very disappointed
