Quiet & Chic 3 BR Cottage w/ Private Garden Near Downtown Asheville

The hosts go above and beyond to anything you need. The house is very nicely decorated, a true cozy, artsy Asheville retreat. Tons of detail. Everything you need for a comfortable stay... STOCKED kitchen and they do a great job of thinking of things you might need. Great layout and very comfortable. Location is very good yet at the same time is set out of the way and quiet.

We loved our stay! The house was very clean, beds were super comfortable, and the check-in/out process was simple. The host was incredibly friendly and provided several excellent recommendations as well. They added several extra's that made our stay that much better. We will definitely be back!!

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. The home was better than advertised. It was beautiful, immaculately kept and in a great location. It was located on quiet street with two other homes. The amenities and attention to detail provided by our hosts Susan and Kristen made for a great experience. Without a doubt we would stay at this location again. Our group of five, aging from 16-80, had a fantastic stay. The home is exactly as pictured, with great attention to detail. Susan and Kristin were very communicative and took great care to make sure we had everything we needed - restaurant recommendations, detailed directions to the house, etc.The house was an easy 15 minute drive to the Biltmore, downtown and Grove Park Inn.I highly recommend this house for your next trip to Asheville.

We loved the design touches and decor. spent 2 days exploring Biltmore house and estates and another day exploring downtown Ashville. Already talking to other friends about visiting and will book this place again!

Perfect home away from home. Comfy and cozy with just enough privacy. The kitchen has all the pots, pans, and cooking utensils we needed, with extras. The back deck was lovely. The house was so close to Biltmore Estate that it took no time to drive there. We will be back when more of the hurricane damage has been reversed and we will definitely look to stay at Gusty Winds again.

I can not say enough great things about this property. Well maintained, clean, comfortable. The owner is very easy to get in touch with and responds very fast to any questions. I would most definitely stay here again!

We LOVED our 18 night stay! Check in and check out were so easy with a keypad. The home is adorable, and the layout is fantastic. I would buy this home if it were for sale. It is in a perfect location for exploring Asheville, and visiting our daughter and family in West Asheville. The backyard is lovely, and the lights add a lot of ambience. The gas grill was nice to have. Five stars!!!!! We want to stay again next September, but it is already booked (:

Everything about this cottage exceeded our expectations! The kitchen was well stocked! The best we have ever experienced! The beds were very comfortable and plenty of seating in the living room!

Beautiful three-bedroom cottage with a lovely Asheville aesthetic. Everything was new, clean, and functioned perfectly. The house was extremely well-stocked, and the brownies were a special treat. Owners had great communication and clearly take pride in their property.

Susan’s house was perfect for our multigenerational girls trip to Asheville. The location was perfect for visiting the Biltmore, hiking and shopping, not to mention the great nearby restaurants. We also enjoyed plenty of time at the lovely home playing games and enjoying a few laughs. Susan was a great help with recommendations and quick to respond to any questions.

We had 4 generations visiting Asheville (great grandma, grandma, mama, and toddler). This property was perfect for us! It was even better than the description listed! So convenient to Asheville and surrounding area. Will definitely stay there again in the future!

What a wonderful stay we just had in Asheville. This house met every need and exceed our expectations. From a fully stocked kitchen and pantry to enough games to last a lifetime. I was really impressed to see an instant read thermometer which came in handy when we grilled out. The binoculars were also a nice touch. Sitting on the back patio was very enjoyable each morning and evening. Not to mention the sweet treats as a welcome! All three bedrooms were exactly as described and very good water pressure in the showers. Thanks so much for being such a great host!
