Its a small 1 bedroom apartment with a private yard if you bring your dog. Its a basement apartment but very private in a Historical Neighborhood less than 1 mile from Cascade park, FSU, FAMU and very close to the Capital. There are a lots of trees in the property. There is also another apartment above but both with their separate entrance. Parking is on the street and its safe with lots of space. The apartment is updated and cute.

Stayed Dec 1, 2023The apt was well stocked with cooking utensils. Adequate towels/sheets. Kind of damp, but didn't smell musty. Needs new batteries in TV remote--TV wouldn't come on. The price was good though.

Stayed Jun 18, 2024This was my first experience not staying at a hotel and I was a little nervous but after looking at the listening and seeing the landlord reviews I knew this was exactly where I needed to stay for my trip and I was right. Isabel was the perfect host. Very communicative. Her place was clean and well stocked. Her listening was spot on what it provided. If my sons team comes to the FSU trail running camp again next year it will be a no brainer that this will be where I want to stay.

Stayed Jan 8, 2024This was the best VRBO experience I have ever had. Isabel was a phenomenal landlord (for two days) and ensured that I had all that I could need. The place was small, quaint, and cozy. It is perfect for a short-term stay and would have been even better for the long term. You are in luck when booking with Isabel.
