Capacity and Comfort:
Our house/loft is ideal for 4 people. A cot can be provided on request for a baby, free of charge. We also offer a safety gate, high chair, and bathtub for your baby on request and at no extra charge.
The house/loft is located on a fully fenced and secure property with a vehicle access gate.
You benefit from a secure and private parking space. In addition, street parking is free in case you have multiple vehicles.
You access the house/loft through a gate and a staircase with a railing overlooking a vast garden/patio of 80 m² which you will be the sole user.
Everything has been thought of for your comfort: bed linen, towels, household linen, toilet paper, household products, kitchen kit (coffee, tea, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, spices) are provided to facilitate your installation.

The house/loft consists of two bedrooms with wardrobes, including a master suite with dressing room, two shower rooms, two separate toilets, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room. You can also enjoy our private patio/garden of 80 m² with garden furniture and barbecue as well as a private secure parking space.

Our house/loft is equipped with high-end appliances:
a large refrigerator, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a washing machine, an electric wine cellar, a coffee maker, a toaster, a mixer, all the dishes and equipment for cooking and baking, 2 hairdryers, an HD smart TV, Wi-Fi and a vacuum cleaner.
You can enjoy the full comfort of the house in complete peace during your stay.

Cleanliness:
Particular attention is paid to the cleanliness of the premises with a very careful cleaning service so that you can settle in a clean and disinfected environment.
The new mattresses have been equipped with specific anti-bed bug covers.
A cleaning service of approximately 2 hours per week is provided during your stay if it lasts 2 weeks or more.

Each doorknob is disinfected before each arrival.
Sheets are changed every 2 weeks if you stay longer, towels and linens every week for stays of more than one week.

We ask you not to wash the bed linen, towels and household linen yourself as we apply a specific cleaning protocol.
In order to maintain an optimal level of cleanliness, we ask you to empty the indoor bins every day into the outdoor bins located on the property.

If you wish, you can collect the green waste and we will collect it on your request in order to put it in the compost container. Everything is provided on site to facilitate waste sorting, there are 3 bins on the site: mixed waste, cardboard, paper and metal, and finally glass.
