Welcome to our Lake Havasu home!
The home is 1620’ with 3 bedrooms plus a Den: 1-King/3-Queens, 2 Baths, laundry, and plenty of room to park whatever toys you bring. The home sleeps 8 adults comfortably in beds, $15 addt'l fee charged for more than 6 guests. The master bedroom is situated on one side of the home and has a large walk-in closet.
You'll also enjoy the walk-in shower with dual shower-heads and dual sinks.
This NON-SMOKING, NO PETS home is meticulously cared for and equipped with free Wi-Fi, a 46” flat screen TV, DVD Player in the Living Room, 2 other TVs in the bedrooms; all kitchen amenities, propane BBQ, linens and bath towels, Washer and Dryer, Smoke and CO2 alarms.

Perfect Vacation Home!
Located on the South side in a quiet neighborhood away from the main highway, seven miles or 10 minutes from The London Bridge or the lake, and 5 launch ramps to choose from are less than 10 miles.
The 4th Bedroom is a Den that has doors just like a bedroom and contains the laundry closet. The 2 car garage is 20' x 20' and available for guest' use. There is also gated RV parking available that will accommodate parking for a truck, motor home and most boats, up to 68’ in overall length.
The 16' x 61' RV Garage with Bath is available seperately; please don't block access to this.
Early Check-in or Late Check-out is available if desired times are available, exception would be if property is being cleaned/prepped for another guest.
Bath Towels provided, please bring your beach towels, chairs, lotion & sunglasses.

About the Owner:
I’ve been coming to Lake Havasu City for over 30 years! I’m a boating, water-sport and off-road enthusiast. I like to share my home away from home with other families who enjoy the many outdoor activities that Lake Havasu area has to offer.
I think you will love Lake Havasu and this beautiful home as much as we do!

The person booking the home and responsible for their guests must be at least 25 years of age with a valid Government I.D. on file with this website; otherwise you can send us a copy or photo of your ID. You should also have at least one good Review available from a previous stay on the website. Responsible Guests are Welcome and I expect that you'll take better care of our home than you would your own! You'll find it well kept, clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Please note that the home is not childproofed and if you have little ones you are responsible for them.
Long term guests of 30 days or more are limited to a cap on utilities of $150 per month and are responsible for additional costs.

    This house was perfect for my 2 young children, my wife and I. We really needed a place to stay that could handle the boat and truck behind a locked gate and this property was perfect for that. There was even an extra bedroom that wasn't listed (that we didn't use). We were not here long enough to use some of the amenities but what we did use, we liked. We enjoyed the fact that this property was located on a quiet street away from the fray so we could get some sleep before boating. We also liked the fact this felt like a home, not just a rental house. I would recomend this for quiet or family stays in Havasu so long as you don't mind a drive to the south side of town, which we didn't.

    This rental is great, it has everything you need to get away and still feel like you are at home. Mike was awesome about following up with you after you get checked into the house to see if everything is up to par. He also gave us some extra info on places to check out while we are visiting such as riding areas for RZR. I would definitely book the house again and recommend it to others to enjoy it.

    We rented this house for my birthday weekend to come spend some time at the Lake and had an amazing weekend. This Beautiful house was fully stocked with linens, a bbq, toiletries, big garage that had dart boards and a ping pong table, even some condiments, This House was absolutely a perfect choice. If we come to Lake Havasu again we will be staying here if available. Thank you soo much.

    House was nice but It's far from the water. Owner blamed us for a ceiling fan remote problem that was malfunctioning upon arrival. There is a digital lock on the door that made it easy to access, however we are 100% positive the A/C was off when we left and owner blamed us fo it being left on. Digital code could be accessed by maid/prior guests if code is not changed every time. Coffee maker was from 1980's and didn't have an auto off function. Owner might want to look in to that when he replaces it. We were also woken us up at 7am Sunday and asked to move our vehicle from driveway so another boat could be pulled out of the storage garage.

    The house was very clean, fully supplied, and had plenty of room to sleep 8 people comfortably. Use of the garage was an added benefit to keep the cars cool or wipe down the boat out of the sun. The neighborhood was very quiet and well kept. Mike was very easy to work with and delivered. I would recommend this to anyone and will absolutely stay there again.
