Stayed Apr 15, 2022The location was perfect for our weekend. We had planned activities in both Jerome/Cottonwood and Sedona and this put us right in the middle. The place was clean, comfortable, and well put together. Checking in and out was simple and the communication with the owners was great. There are some really great areas on the property to sit and relax with your morning coffee (pond, patio, backyard). We were able to enjoy the hot tub, which was great after long days running around the valley. I would recommend this unit. Overall it was a great experience with both the property and the owners.

Stayed Apr 7, 2022I found this nice property located less than 3 miles from my friends in Cornville, Az. It’s located at the gateway to Sedona, and close to all the sights and activities in that area. It’s a cozy guest cottage with a mini-kitchen, nice bath, sofa, comfy queen bed. There’s also a nice yard and seating around a meditation circle, and access to a hot tub. A beautiful, quiet place for a getaway for two.

Stayed Mar 10, 2022This suite was very clean and comfortable for myself and my spouse. We just needed a place to sleep while we explored Sedona and the surrounding area and this was a cost effective way to do that. Keep in mind, this is a room in someone’s house. You will hear voices, smell their food, hear dogs barking, and know when they are coming and going from their garage. This didn’t bother us, but if you are looking for complete solitude and quiet this might not be the place for you. We spoke with the owner, Tim, almost daily. He was very friendly and wanted to be accommodating. We didn’t get to use the hot tub due to the temperature being turned down, but there does seem to be a lot of rules around when you can use it. We were able to use the grill, which was nice, so that we could make some of our own meals.
