Great location and nice, clean house for our family vacation. Karen was responsive to any questions we had.

Good property and excellent value. Location is fabulous…just a 5 min walk to the public beach access. Property was clean and orderly. The kitchen had everything we needed and more…even many spices for cooking! Parking in the driveway was easy and accessing the property was, too. The garage was full of toys for the beach including chairs, bikes, a canopy, wagon…everything you could possibly need. Furniture and linens were a little older and worn, but very comfortable. Owls across the street made appearances whenever we looked for them! Hosts were great communicators! Thank you for sharing your home away from home with us.

The house was clean and well appointed. The description was accurate. The house is about a half mile from the beach access, and bikes in the garage made that a breeze.

great location to everything, very close to beach & hotel we had our daughter's wedding at. house was clean, pool was great, only problem we had was when we tried to use the pack & play for my granddaughter it was bent on one side, other than that the house was great, lots of things available for our use. would highly recomend staying here if your going to Marco Island. loved our time there

Our stay in Marco Island at this house was perfect! The rooms accommodated our teens with more than enough space. Grateful for the use of the bikes cooler for the beach. Can't beat this location!

This is the second time our family has stayed at this house. It is setup perfect for our needs. The whole house is clean and easy to navigate. The beach is a block and a boardwalk away (5 minute walk) and the house comes with everything you need for the beach from sand toys, to chairs and umbrellas and the carts to get them and young children there. It was nice that the pool is both heated and shaded for much of the day. We were able to get sun, but swim at all hours of the day without have to worry much about sunscreen or burning. That being said, there is still plenty of sun and chairs to enjoy it in.There are bikes as well. It would have been great to have a couple of kids seats or a tag along with the bikes for our kids but that feels nit-picky since everything else is perfect.

I have rented this property multiple times. The hosts are the best to work with. Property is always clean and well maintained. Perfect location to restaurants and beach.

This home was very clean and spacious, within walking distance to the beach. Many restaurants and shops were a short drive away. The pool was a great addition to have at the end of the day especially traveling with teens. We will definitely book this property again.
