Stayed Nov 25, 2025Wonderful stay! The host communications were excellent. The apartment was just as described, and very spacious. Access was very easy. Great coffee! Definitely would stay again if available on my next visit to Seattle.

Stayed Jul 8, 2025this apt is very well equipped! kitchen fully stocked, bed so comfy, plenty of safe parking. quiet neighborhood conveniently located at most 15 min from all attractions. must drive tho, not walkable. ok to walk to fremont ave area but everywhere else need a car. also, no a/c, just portable fan.

Stayed Feb 28, 2025This is a great little rental with a truly beautiful backyard. A short walk to shops and restaurants, and also close to downtown, SPU, and the Fremont neighborhood. One thing that is not entirely clear in the listing is that this is a daylight basement apartment in the rear of the house. Everything you see in the street-view picture is not part of the rental. That said, it really is a nice place with a well-lit kitchen and living area, and a covered patio. Being in the rear of the house makes this a quiet and private unit. While we were there, no one used the upstairs portion of the house. Two other things to note: even though the house has a driveway, parking as a guest is on the street; but it is a quiet street and parking right out front was never a problem. Also, there is no access to a washer or dryer for clothes. All in all, a great rental, great location, nice kitchen, and that amazingly terraced and landscaped backyard.
