Quaint with the Perfect Location Row House in Killarney Town Centre

Of all the places we rented, this row house was by far our favorite! It was perfect for our family. An easy walk in to town for shopping and dining was really nice. Parking in the back was great. We were happy to do laundry as we were 1/2 way through our visit to Ireland. We also loved catching up about the adventures of the day with a pint and a lovely fire in the fireplace. We truly felt at home during our stay.

The house was perfect..The kitchen was wonderful for cooking..my entire family loved the location...Bernadette had wonderful recommendations and was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect house for our time in Killarney. Perfectly located, walkable to shops/restaurants/activities. Each bedroom was a good size. Bathrooms clean and had all the products needed. Extra bonus to have the washer and dryer for a few loads of laundry. Tim and Bernadette were quick to respond, helpful and pleasant

A cute, cosy house with plenty of space for my family of five and wonderfully located within easy walking distance of high street. Everything was clean and ready for us, check-in and out was a breeze, and communication with the owners was simple. A perfect place to explore Killarney and beyond from.

Everything was perfect when we arrived. Clean with perfect sheets, towels etc. Felt really cosy.

Good communication from our host and excellent location for walking downtown or getting out to the Ring of Kerry.

Loved it. Felt like we were staying in a traditional Irish cottage. Loved the stove in the living room!! Turf and wood right there and the first thing my brother did was light a fire using turf!! Great location, 1 block from downtown with easy access to pubs, restaurants and shopping.

This property was real close to shopping and restaurants. Real close to the train station. I would have liked to have a plugin by a mirror to be able to dry and curl my hair. It was a very inviting when you come across n.

Great location and perfect set up for 3 adults traveling together. Having a real washer and dryer was a bonus! We would definitely stay here again.

The rental was comfotable and met all expectations. It was very clean with a well- supplied kichen and plenty of seating. The towels, sheets and blankets were plentiful. The location was very convenient to shopping, restaurants and pubs, but the rental itself was very quiet. The windows and skylights let in abundant natural light. This is a great place to stay in Killarney.

This was the perfect location for all that Killarney has to offer. Bernadette did a great job of helping us put our Killarney stay together. She had many great recommendations. We’d stay there again in a heartbeat.

Great spot if you want something away from the business of Town Center but close enough to walk everywhere! Quiet and peaceful but super easy to get in and out by foot and car. Plenty of room to spread out and 3 bathrooms to boot!

Cottage is spacious and quaint. Location to town is ideal. Would recommend.

We had a great time in our house in Killarney. We had everything we needed and was very walkable to the shops and pubs.

We stayed here for five days. House was clean, cozy, yet spacious, location was excellent. Just a five minute walk from downtown Killarney. There’s a shortcut down O’Connell’s Terrace that avoids the traffic on Lewis Road. We had ample space for three of us, but house could easily accommodate two to three more guests. Overall an exceptional property and stay, and we would definitely consider staying here again. Highly recommend if traveling to Killarney.

Great home in Killarney. Much larger than any apartment. Quiet neighborhood but in walking distance to the downtown area. Large family/gathering room and kitchen space. And they had a separate clothes dryer!!! Not one of the washer dryer combos that don’t dry your clothes.

From the moment we stepped foot into Sunnyhill, we wanted to stay forever. It is so lovely, much bigger than it seems in the photos, and was perfect for our group of 2 adults, 2 kids, and 1 grandma! Hosts were so easy to communicate with. The location was amazing - we walked EVERYWHERE - shops, restaurants, sites, and even a wonderful playground for the kids. The worst part was having to leave! We will be back for sure

This property was not the cleanest property we have ever stayed in. Junk in every drawer, food left in freezer that was not ours, slow running drains in the showers, no instructions for the TV and no firewood.We felt generous, giving this rowhouse three stars.Beware parking in front of the house. We incurred a 40 parking ticket when Tim should’ve mentioned that this might occur. We were not happy campers.

4 of us stayed at this absolutely lovely home. The location was quiet and peaceful, in easy walking distance from town. The home was comfortable and cozy. Host was great. Absolutely perfect in every way!!

6 of us stayed 3 nights at Tim & Bernadette's cozy home. Hours before arriving we received a welcoming note from Bernadette providing us with directions to check in. The home was clean and had all the essentials. Bernadette was very responsive to any issues or questions we had. The home is an easy walk to anywhere in Killarney. We loved being able to walk to dinner and tour the pubs without having to drive. The location is perfect! We definitely would stay here again on our next adventure in Killarney.

The home was perfect for an adult family of 5. Very clean, great location to walk around the corner and hit the lovely town. Easy to get to the Ring of Kerry and all of the tourist spots. I wish we had planned at least another day to spend in Killarney!

Comfortable cottage with plenty of space to relax and socialize. A short walk to main street. It was perfect for our Killarney holiday with 3 couples. Hosts Tim and Bernadette were accessible and responsive. Highly recommended!!

Tim and Bernadette's home is cozy and welcoming. We enjoyed having the option to cook a few meals in, spread out and enjoy walking to the town center and to Killarney National Park and the Catholic cathedral without having to drive. Highly recommend this 5 star home!

You can't get much better accomodations than Sunnyhill Lower! A quiet little street just a quick 2 block jaunt to the center of Killarney's downtown area. Very convenient to train station, buses and taxisstand
