Quaint Studio Southwest Suite in Midtown, w outdoor patio/kitchen, fenced yard

Location was perfect

My wife and I had an excellent stay here. Perfect spot for a couple or single person traveling. The studio was clean and quiet. There was a slight issue getting the key code (VRBO's fault, not the host), but Robin responded to us promptly and got the issue resolved. The outdoor yard and kitchen were awesome. Can't recommend this host and property enough! We will absolutely stay here again next time we're in Tucson. Don't listen to the reviews saying it's a scary neighborhood. These people have obviously never spent time in a truly bad area. Yes the neighborhood is a little bit older, but it was quiet and we never once felt in danger. Don't hesitate to stay here!

The yard is private and large and there was plenty of room for our two dogs. The towels were so soft and the aesthetic of the place was cute. Overall it was a nice room to stay at for 2 nights. Just remember to log out of your Netflix before you leave!

Cute, comfortable lodging that beats a motel stay hands-down! Great communication from hosts and very responsive to needs, including dropping off tissues and dish soap. If I could offer one suggestion it would be to upgrade the pillows. Location is quiet with private yard and patio. Overall, highly recommend.

Very cute and nicely furnished studio. Back yard was a bit stark, but great to have a fenced area for our dog. Loved being very near a dog park.

Excellent communication from the hosts. The unit was cute, clean and cozy. The compact size was offset by a very roomy and well equipped patio, complete with outdoor kitchen. I was traveling with my small dog, and it was perfect for us.

This studio had everything I needed for a quick work trip to Tucson. Comfortable and quiet! Having the backyard to myself made it feel like I rented the whole house! The shower head is amazing - pressure like a firehose. I easily could have spent 30mins standing under that spray! Location was super convenient with all necessities within a mile. Despite hearing traffic noise outside the studio, inside was peaceful and very quiet and I tend to be bothered by noise. The room was not quite ready when I arrived, but a quick call to the owner and everything was sorted out within 30minutes. I would definitely stay here again if/when I ever travel solo back to Tucson. Thank you so much!

If you are looking for a simple place to stay with ease of signup, and all the basics necessary for an economical accommodation this is your place. It was clean with all the amenities.

This unit was perfect for us nice and clean with excellent communication with ther property manager. The best thing about this property is the excellent private back yard space. The private parking was a great bonus.

This is a great little property. The location is very convenient to access many of Tucson's attractions. My favorite part was the yard. Although I did not use the outdoor kitchen or firepit, I can see how visitors would enjoy it. I traveled with 2 dogs. The yard was safe and secure for them. I would stay here again. Everything was great

Room and private outdoor space exactly as described, very comfortable and well-appointed with thoughtful extras and amenities. Comfortable bed, fluffy towels, great adjustable AC (a plus in Tucson!). Hosts were great in responding quicly with clear information about parking and checkin. I had a very positive experience - this was a super value and exactly what i was looking for.
