Our unique house is walking distance to USF, All Childrens Hospital, 1.5 miles south of downtown St. Pete (Central Avenue), and a 10 minute walk to the USF SunRunner Station that takes you directly to St. Pete Beach.

Stayed Mar 23, 2023Beautiful, clean, simple, stylish property in a convenient location. Very close to Tropicana field. My toddler and I were VERY close to the Tampa Bay Rays baseball games (5 min drive) and many great restaurants. Andrew and Brigette were extremely attentive to our needs and were quick to give us great suggestions (St Pete Pier and other nearby beaches) to visit in between ballgames. The hosts are St Pete natives with a young family and had the perfect recommendations for a perfect weekend with my son. I can’t recommend this place enough and will be sure to stay again next time I am town for Rays games with my son!

Stayed Mar 13, 2023The hosts were great. The home was nice, updated and clean. The new deck they’re putting in will be a nice outdoor space. Downtown is close and convenient. Beach was a little further,, but not bad- a short drive. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you.
