Stayed Mar 1, 2024Place looked great online. Definitely not what it turned out to be in person. Owner was very communicative but admitted he wasn't aware of the current condition of his home. Walls were dirty and stained. Someone colored all over the kitchen island. Towels had stains. Some still in the dryer. Dirt and dust everywhere. Shower curtains and sheets were filthy and had stains. Owner offered to send cleaner out. But this wasn't just in need of cleaning. It needs a makeover. It seemed evident that someone was living there long term. Tons of used condiments in the fridge. 5 star hotel price for this VRBO with the cleanliness of a motel. You've been warned!!

Stayed Mar 16, 2023Our small branch of the family was participating in a large family reunion taking place in Bastrop. Renting this house allowed us time alone together in the comfort of a home. Vey nice. There was some confusion about using the WiFi because we never found the written instructions with the password, but the owner/host helped us through that as he responded quickly to my requests for help via the VRBO connection on my cellphone.

Stayed Mar 31, 2023We so much enjoyed our stay! Loved the quick access to the performing arts center that our daughter was competing in dance at and was so grateful for how quiet it was at night! Our only request would be more of blackout shades on the rooms since it was bright at night but that is all! We would stay there again in a heartbeat!
