Stayed May 15, 2025The neighborhood was a little sketchy and the yard could use a little work. But the interior of the house was spacious and lovely. Beds were perfect, too.

Stayed Oct 31, 2024we absolutely loved this stay! The check in process was great! We landed early and our hosts were SO accommodating! The house is comfortable and updated! Very clean and everything well thought out! So much attention to detail, and it was so close to everything. We had such an amazing time! Highly recommend!!

Stayed Jul 31, 2024The stay was great. The house was perfect. There were 4 adults. WE mainly slept at the house as we were gone all day at Gencon. We have been attending Gencon for 20 years and this was by far the best experience for logging that we have had. We loved the space, very relaxing and comfortable after a long day at the convention. It was very nice to come home and just relax. So much better than any hotel. Highly recommended. The place was clean and modern and the host was very quick to respond to questions. Thanks again.

Stayed Mar 22, 2024This home is gorgeous, and is exactly as pictured. The beds were so comfortable! Very nicely decorated and very roomy. Bedrooms are huge! I love the addition of the sound machines in the bedroom, best sleep ever! Check in was smooth, and I liked the private parking in the back. Very close to downtown. Would definitely book again!

Stayed May 12, 2023The property was all that the pictures show it to be. It was clean and very tastefully designed and decorated and we had everything we needed and more. The neighborhood and location to shopping left somewhat to be desired. The house however was charming and very well appointed.

Stayed Feb 14, 2023Really a convenient location for getting to IUPUI out downtown, Mass Ave. Clean home with all we needed. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, laundry room. Parking was usually available right in front, otherwise the alley parking was fine. Loved the stay and will look forward to next year staying again!

Stayed Nov 10, 2022My sister, dad, grandma, and I stayed together at this house for 3 nights while in town for the marching band competition. The house is just as pictured online! Very clean, updated, and enough space for all of us to be comfortable! We loved the house so much! The check in process was easy, no issues. The only thing that we didn’t love was the neighborhood. The house is located in an older area of town that wasn’t exactly upscale…However, we loved the house so much that we weren’t too bothered by the location, and we never had any issues. Would rent again!
