Stayed Jun 22, 2025Stayed for 6 nights 6 days. Check in was easy, communication with the host was great with quick replies to questions we had. The house was extremely clean and check out was the easiest checkout we had. Pool was fantastic and the outdoor propane grill was a great addition. Would stay here and with this host again with zero concerns. Thank you

Stayed Sep 21, 2024Overall stay was great. House was a nice size and the backyard was huge. We had one issue which was a big one for me. A main attraction of this house was the outdoor pavilion and TV. It's a big selling point since the listing mentions it and has several pictures. I was extremely disappointed when we checked in and the TV wasn't there. When I inquired about it, I was told that it was impacted by a lightning strike and wouldn't be replaced until Tuesday. This meant no football outside for Saturday night and all of NFL Sunday. My main issue is that there was no communication prior to our arrival. Also no apology or offer of compensation. To be fair, the communication was quick when I inquired about it and the TV arrived a day early on Monday. Unfortunately didn't get to enjoy on the days I most wanted to enjoy it. Other than that, property was great and I do recommend.

Stayed Mar 31, 2024This is one of the few VRBO properties that my family agrees we would return to, without hesitation. The layout was perfect for a family of 5, the pool and backyard area were amazing and the location was ideal. We did notice that the dishwasher doesn't work (did not dispense the soap) and the master bed was a bit firm for our liking. But that's not enough to impact our overall rating of this house. We had a great week while staying, we would return.

Stayed Oct 18, 2023We really enjoyed 45 Winddancer Lane! The accommodations were awesome. The pool was great. The beach house was great and the putt putt green was a hit with the young kids.

Stayed Aug 8, 2023The property was in a great location I must say first, only steps to the beach; however I think this property needs to undergo some maintenance updating. We were excited to book this property due to the grill, pool, and washer and dryer! Our large family usually cooks a lot on vacation. The grill was very dirty and did not work our first few nights, the pool also looked as it had not been cleaned either, multiple dead toads in pool, dirt on pool floor. We did contact property management and the issue was fixed in approx 2 days. One major issue we had was the washer / dryer (mainly dryer) the dryer made LOUD horrible noise, then ultimately after 2 days started to smell of burnt rubber and we were concerned about fire hazard, I reached out to property manager once again and was told not to use it anymore and that it would not be fixed until the following week due to maintenance not being available until then so we had to dry our clothes outside. They did offer us a $200 credit which was generous. Other items of concerns was basically cosmetics, fire alarm hanging from ceiling, ceiling fans not working, outlet covers off. Overall we enjoyed our stay we just recommend a few things to improve stay for others.

Stayed Apr 12, 2023We had a great stay! The location was perfect. The house was great. The only thing I would say is it would be nice if a few things that are hard to bring on a plane, were provided. Such as, cooler for the beach, sand toys/pool toys (which we purchased and left for the next guest), blender, kitchen towels. Otherwise it was very well stocked. The property managers were very accommodating and responsive! We would definitely stay here again.
