Quail Ridge - Heated Pool & Spa, View Deck, Games

The home is absolutely amazing with stunning views! Unfortunately, we did not have a chance to take advantage of all the amenities because there were so many (shuffleboard, fuseball, pool, spa, sauna). Clara, the host, was in constant communication. Not having a television in the bedrooms forced us to relax and enjoy the space. Our ONLY recommendation would be to add lighting to the back of the house while guests are enjoying the spa, pool, and outdoor kitchen at night.It was our first time in Sedona, and we are extremely grateful we picked the right property to stay at. I highly recommend Quail Ridge!!!

Everything was amazing! The kitchen had all the essentials for dining in. There were blanket available so we could stay warm and cozy as we enjoyed the many peaceful places to sit and chat. We enjoyed the hot tub, the fire pit, and star gazing outside. Indoors, we enjoyed the game room, cozy chats in the kitchen, and the beds were super comfortable when it was time to get some rest. The six of us enjoyed the home immensely, we had plenty of room to visit but also had our private spaces.

This property was absolutely perfect for our group of eight friends who have known each other for over 20 years. No detail was left undone on the outdoor spaces- absolutely fabulous. Beds were comfortable. The interior art is eclectic and fun. Little details even such as laundry detergent provided in the laundry room were so much appreciated. Stunning views! Host was very responsive and accommodating. Will definitely save this one in our places to come back to!

Our stay at this home in Sedona was incredible. The property was exactly as pictured—beautiful, well-furnished, and even luxurious. Everything was comfortable and thoughtfully equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely return on our next trip to Sedona.

Great location, everone had space to sleep and do their own things. Very relaxing and close to town. Will probably come stay again.

Great property. Only negative was parking for 3 vehicles and trailers. However it takes a special property to hold that many vehicles and trailers. If only had the 3 vehicles then would not have been an issue at all.

First and foremost the views are gorgeous. The views alone are worth every penny. The pool was enjoyed by all and my kids were entertained all weekend by the game room which allowed the adults to also enjoy their stay. Great communication from the host and close to the center of Sedona to enjoy the shopping and restaurants.

The stay was fabulous and one of the best VRBO’s if not the best we rented. In person the house was even better than the pictures and the views are phenomenal. You won’t find a better rental out there!

Beautiful property with amazing views. Hiking paths right from the house and walking distance to town. The pool was amazing and game room for the teens was great. Host was very responsive. Highly recommended.

Had a family gathering and just couldn't believe the views and the comfort of the house. Had a wonderful dinner party with some friends and they couldn't stop talking about how beautiful it was. We played games and swam in that wonderful pool which made our stay so much more enjoyable due to heat. No one even wanted to go into town to shop! My family of 8 just stayed at this house in Sedona. Views are even more amazing in person. Master Bdrm waking up to the Red Rocks out picture window to amazing views from the upper deck having coffee to even better views sitting in pool or hot tub. Spectacular! Spacious bedrooms all with en suite or own bathroom. Fully appointed. Game room was a hit with my 4 kids. Foosball, pool table, checker/chess table, shuffle board. Large screen TV the playoff games.Nice size indoor dining table and outdoor table for dining Al fresco with the sunsetting over the mountains.Really enjoyed this property. Only issue pool needed to be cleaned. It got a little green/cloudy over our 5 day stay.

The home was everything you could ask for. Decks and chairs surrounded the house with spectacular views and it was located so close to town. All the major hiking trails were 20 to 30 min away. The pool and spa were clean and gave us some much needed rest. My family of five adults loved it. Thanks!!

What a beautiful location, with gorgeous views in all directions and near the key parts of Sedona! Beautiful swimming pool and spa. Fun game room with pool, shuffle board, and foosball! Great space (both inside and outside)! Truly relaxing!

Beautiful home, well appointed with brand new beds and freshly remodeled bathrooms, kitchen is fully stocked with all of the kitchenware you would have your own home to really make your stay a home away from home

We were in Sedona for my sons wedding. The host was incredibly accommodating and the house had everything that we needed. We were able to have dinner on one of the many patios which overlooked incredible views. Views of hot air balloons in the morning and gorgeous sunsets. The best part was the game room which was large enough for everyone to hang out in. Be aware that this home does have ALOT of stairs making it difficult for the grandparents to navigate. I should have paid more attention to the pictures. In addition, parking was a little tricky for larger groups. All in all I would absolutely stay here again and I can't express just how grateful I am for how accommodating the host was.

Loved the property and a very responsive host! Had everything we needed, was very clean. Beautiful views! There was construction on the house we were not aware of but host was very quick to respond and contact contractors to delay early morning work. That was the only negative, the rest was perfect!

My brother and I and our families stayed and had a spectacular experience. The 270 degree views, the game room where between pool, shuffle board and fooseball, everyone was throughly entertained. Clara was a super responsive host.

Close access to hiking trails and town. Lots of privacy and quiet location. Great for family members who wanted their own bedroom and bathroom.
