The space
This peaceful Sedona home is designed for comfort andconvenience after a day exploring the red rocks.

Cooling & Heating
This home does not have traditional air conditioning. An evaporative cooler is used, which is typically sufficient in Sedona’s dry climate, though it may add some humidity during the summer months. Heating is provided by baseboard heating units located in each room.

Sleeping Arrangements
All bedrooms are located on the second floor.

Bedroom 3: Two twin beds

Please note: Access to the second floor requires climbing a tight spiral staircase and may not be suitable for all guests.

• Please note that the next-door Casita may be rented at the same time. We ask all guests to respect each other's privacy.

• If you need a pack and play or high chair, please request them at the time of booking, and we will have them available for your use.

• The property is meticulously maintained, and the interior is professionally cleaned and checked before each guest.

Note: Smoke detectors and a fire extinguisher are stationed throughout the home for your safety.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home starting at 4:00pm with the front door keypad.

Other things to note
While the exterior porches and furniture are cleaned after each stay, certain times of the year may bring extra debris from weather, native plants, and pollen. If the outdoor space is not as clean as you prefer, we provide a broom and basic cleaning supplies for your convenience.

Please respect quiet hours between 9 PM and 7 AM.
Do not exceed an occupancy of 6 guests at any time.
No pets, parties, or smoking in or around the property.
Violations may result in additional fines and forfeiture of the remainder of the stay without refund.

If you would like an early check-in, please contact us the morning of your arrival. We do our best to accommodate when possible, but same-day turnovers may limit availability. We want to ensure our cleaner and maintenance team have enough time to fully prepare the home.

Stays longer than 14 days require a mandatory mid-stay cleaning, billed separately in addition to the cleaning fee paid at booking.
