Putting Green, Pool Access: Lake Havasu City Home!

Very comfortable and well supplied property. Pretty much everything you need to just move in and spend a few days or longer. I was surprised by how well the kitchen was stocked. One slight negative was that when the sprinklers came on in the evening or if you ran the clothes washer, there was absolutely no water pressure anywhere else in the house. We were all in our mid 70s to 80-year-old range and we all felt that it would be helpful to have clear instructions on the TV cable/streaming/HDMI ports operation. The local contact was very helpful and came out within five minutes of being called to help us out after we had struggled for two days trying to figure it out. All in all, we had a good experience at the property.

Lovely, well-equipped home in a quiet walkable neighborhood. Perfect location with a great view of the lake and amazing sunsets, yet close to shopping and community events. Beautiful landscaping and lots of fun outdoor spaces. Beds were very comfortable and the master suite was roomy. Our only suggestion would be to add some additional storage to the guest bathroom. We were in the house for 2 weeks with another retired couple.

We enjoyed the house. Very nice, modern, clean. There were 6 of us total. We had one sleep on the big couch. The driveway is long so we were able to back two trucks with boats into the driveway. It's about an 8 minute drive to the main part of town, so the house is far enough away from any crazy holiday traffic or noise. We would definitely consider staying there again.

House very clean but cleaning fee was highway robbery IMHO.

Lovely well-equipped home. Plenty of comfortable outdoor spaces with an awesome lake view. Quiet neighborhood. More storage in the guest bathroom would be appreciated.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The house is very nice! It is very well furnished with everything you need. It was immaculately clean when we arrived. We had a great time in Lake Havasu City and surrounding area.

We enjoyed the two weeks we stayed in Lake Havasu. We liked the security of a garage. The home was clean with all the amenities you could imagine. The outside was professionally landscaped. We enjoyed the putting green. The outdoor living area had a beautiful ambience.

We’ve rented a handful of properties in Havasu the past couple years and this one is at the top of my list and will return again. It’s super clean, updated, all beds are comfortable (memory foam), boat parking, and very quiet street. It was a terrific choice!
