The location was perfect on top the hill looking into the valley, and we had one neighbor across from us. The views from the pool area were spectacular, and the grounds were very well kept.

Stayed Oct 14, 2024This is a beautiful home that sits on top of a high hill in the Texas Hill Country. The indoor space is comfortable and generous. The casita on the other side of the pool is wonderful for helping a group spread out. It is the outdoor space that puts this property over the top. The pool, the lounging deck, the full bar, the sitting area around an outdoor fireplace--all of it is terrific. The agency is easy to work with as well. Highly recommend!

We have been going to the Frio for over 13 years. It’s always clean and is very spacious with a great view! The staff is always helpful. I would encourage families to stay there.
