Imagine soaking in a private outdoor bath as the tropical night sky emerges above you, surrounded by native rainforest and the sounds of the Far North. This is Pura Indah — one of Palm Cove's most distinctive properties, and one of only a handful in the entire region with a private outdoor bathing experience.



Designed by an architect with Bali in mind, Pura Indah is a 500m² pavilion-style villa set within the exclusive Esprit Estate — a boutique gated communityof just 10 homes, accessed through an ivy-clad gatehouse on Argentea Boulevard. The villa backs directly onto native bushland, giving you the extraordinary combination of complete privacy, lush tropical surroundings, and a 5-minute walk via lit boardwalk to Palm Cove's famous Esplanade and one of Australia's most celebrated beaches.



The heart of the villa is its private pool and thatched cabana — your own resort, with no one else in it. Floor-to-ceiling glass walls dissolve the boundary between the pavilion's interiors and the tropical garden, filling the living spaces with natural light and the colours of the canopy. The kitchen is fully equipped for serious cooking, and the indoor/outdoor flow means you'll spend evenings between the alfresco dining area, the pool deck, and the cabana with a sundowner in hand.



Pura Indah sleeps six comfortably across three pavilion-style bedrooms — each with its own character, quality linens, and access to the tropical garden. All managed by the professional Belle Escapes Cairns team, who provide a hotel-standard welcome support, and curated local knowledge for everything from Great Barrier Reef tours to the best table on the Esplanade.

THE AREA

The Palm Cove Esplanade is a five-minute stroll through a lit native boardwalk — no car needed. Award-winning restaurants, artisan cafes, day spas, and boutique shopping are all within easy walking distance. From here, your days can be as full or as quiet as you choose: Great Barrier Reef liveaboard trips, Daintree Rainforest tours, hot air ballooning over the cane fields at sunrise, or simply a long lunch on the Esplanade followed by an afternoon in the pool.
