Well maintained, nicely equipped, great location (beach, restaurants, shopping, parks), friendly staff, great fenced yard with beautiful grass, very clean, good price, good beds, great for small family. Highly recommend

We loved our stay! Our favorite home we’ve rented in the area. We all thoroughly enjoyed the covered patio area. My dogs loved the huge backyard. The home itself was gorgeous and had everything you need. It made our vacation easier traveling with a toddler and our two dogs. We would love to stay again next time we come down.

Beautiful place that was clean, comfortable, outdoor dining with a fenced in backyard. We love the area too. We will definitely come back to this lovely house.

Had the best long vacation at the Wisteria Cottage. Perfect for my family and two dogs. Has a great yard, the most comfortable beds. Just perfect. Will definitely be back.

Great spot, in a perfect location between PCB proper & 30a. Beautiful beach, no crowds, but you can get to restaurants & bars on 30a & PCB in no time. 5 minute walk to the beach. Perfect 2 bedroom cottage, 2 super comfy king beds, great outdoor shower, huge fenced backyard. Great hosts, super responsive, checked in on us multiple times, just to make sure we were all good. Had an AC issue at 6pm, AC tech was there on the same day @10pm! and resolved the issue. We will definitely be back.

We had an amazing stay at Wisteria Cottage. The house was stocked with everything we needed and the proximity to the beach cannot be beat!

Loved the decor of the house. Very clean. Huge fenced backyard and so close to the beach. The Side porch is a great outdoor space. The hosts were super attentive and easy to contact. Had all beach amenities needed. Truly Enjoyed our stay.

This cute and cozy home was perfect for our family of 6. The trip to the beach was easy, the accommodations at the home were more than adequate. We love the outdoor space and the well kept lawn. The fence for our dog was perfect. We enjoyed the outdoor shower which we used frequently and the fact it was equipped with hot water and a privacy stall made having only one bathroom much easier. Suggestions to make this fabulous home even better: Five ladies in our group do wish we had a large full length mirror in the front bedroom. A new set of sharper knives for the kitchen. Less decorative pillows to take up precious storage in the closet. Pretty but there were a lot between beds and the couch. Really though this home is the first I've stayed in that I want to return to! We loved it!

We were able to bring our 2 dogs and they loved the huge backyard! It was fun to sit outside and watch them enjoy themselves.

We LOVE this property. The location is perfect. The beach is less than a 5 minite walk from the house. We liked being away from the busy area of town, but you are still close enough to run to town whenever you need to. We were able to bring our dogs with us, and the accommodations were perfect for pets. The backyard is fenced in, as well as the side covered porch area. We loved being able to sit outside with our dogs without having to worry about them getting out. We will definitely book this property again!
