Punta Gorda Vacation Rental w/ Heated Pool & Lanai

Beatiful home, inside and out. Furnished with every amenity imaginable. Great location, so calm and peaceful. We truly enjoyed our stay . Loved it.

The house was gorgeous and stocked with everything one would need. It was very clean. The location was perfect.

I've travelled all over the country with my 3 year old and 8 month old. I've never experienced a rental as nice and convenient for families as this one. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the supplies you would ever need. The bedrooms even had blackout curtains (IYKYK)! The pool was immaculate. I have zero complaints. If you're visiting Punta Gorda with kids, just go ahead and stay here. You won't regret it!

Everything was Amazing!

For once I can say the photos don't do the property justice. Great communication, extra amenities and very well kept. Everything was clean and well thought through for convenience. I have recommended this location to friends and family. Will stay agian given the opportunity.

I recently spent 2 weeks at this property, and have to say it was one of the best vacation rentals I've ever had. The house is very nicely decorated and very well maintained - the owners clearly pay attention to details. The kitchen was particularly well equipped for a rental. The pool/lanai area is large and includes sitting, lounging. and dining areas. The rental includes numerous thoughtful touches that are not normally included in my experience, for example device charging units on every bedside table, a pack-and-play for people traveling with small children, and bikes. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood, and within walking distance (at least if you're a walker) of a large dog park and Fisherman's Village, a major retail/dining destination in Punta Gorda. I would certainly recommend this property to anyone looking for a rental in this area.

This house was beautiful- it had absolutely everything one could have asked for! Rob our host was wonderful- made himself available whenever we had a question and helped us tryout our 10 day stay.

We stayed a week, this home is like something out of a magazine. There is nothing that you need to bring, except food. They had everything from q- tips to spices, beach towels, bikes. You will definitely love your stay. Host was excellent in communicating with us to ensure we had everything. We can’t say enough good things about this property and the host.

Clean and well stocked

Second time staying and this place is fantastic!

Very well cleaned, all rooms beautifully designed. Fabulous, clean, new pool with sun all day. Wonderful patio, sunny & partially covered. Good size outdoor dining area and plenty of outdoor seating. Everything we needed was there! Great stay all around.

Beautiful and very clean home! Spent a lot of time in pool and on lanai. The AC quit working and the owners offered one of their other homes for us to stay at. The AC was replaced in 2 days which was as soon as they could get it fixed. but we were good sleeping with windows open. The owners were very nice, apologetic and accommodating. They constantly communicated with us to make sure we were doing ok without the air and to keep us updated when the AC would be fixed. We would definitely stay again!!

This was a home away from home! The house was very nicely decorated with very new looking and comfortable furniture. It was extra equipped in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. There were little extras all over the house that felt like small surprises when you saw it. We really enjoyed staying here, we met a couple very nice neighbors, mailman and garbage man lol. It’s a very friendly neighbour hood and easy access to highway. Entry in and check out was easy. Thank you to our host, you have a beautiful home!
