Stayed Dec 24, 2025We did have an issue with the pool heater unfortunately we checked in on Christmas eve. So no heated pool until late the second day of a 3 day stay. Other than that the house was very clean and well laid out. Enjoyed the corn hole, fire pit and darts. I would definitely stay there again.

Stayed Aug 31, 2024Highly recommend this beautiful brand new, cozy pool home on canal. It had wonderful items for entertainment like games, corn hole, bikes to ride. Our disappointment was they have a nice fire gas pit as advertised but, the propane was left empty. I did reach out to agent next day by text, no response so, sadly we had no fire pit experience our entire time. After leaving agent did contact us stating propane is renter's responsibility- unusual that I had to bring my own tank or pay to swap tank at a local store and what leave it? The grill was not cleaned by last renter and left beyond what I wanted to clean just to use it. We absolutely loved our stay as a family, the area has so much to offer of things to do. I would definitely stay again, just good questions to ask about the issues we occurred.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This home is absolutely wonderful! The home is newer and still has the new house smell. The house is beautifully decorated. You can't beat having a private swimming pool. Other nice outdoor features were the dart board, corn hole boards, outdoor grill, fire pit, and two outdoor TVs. Inside, the kitchen was equipped with everything you need. There were plenty of dishes, silverware, pots, pans, etc. There is a large air fryer, which we found very useful. For the bathrooms, there were plenty of bath towels and extra blankets if needed. It took a minute to find them, there is a linen closet in the guest bathroom behind the bathroom door. There were plenty of beach towels as well. The beds were comfortable. The pillows were thick but we still slept well. There was plenty of seating in the great room. A nice large table that could seat six, plus 4 bar chairs at the kitchen island. The house is perfect and I would definitely stay at that home again if I was in the area again.
