Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep with us $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded.
If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep with us the $1,500.00 deposit.
No cancellation or modification 60 days or less prior to arrival.

    The house, while older with lower ceilings, was in excellent condition. It has new sliding glass doors across the rear of the house (living room and 2 in the dining area) that allowed us to open up & fill the house with fresh air and have a great view of the pool & canal.The house was well stocked with glasses, cookware, etc.The living room furniture appears to be brand new as does the 4 rocker chairs and table just outside the living room.The master bedroom and bathroom were nice & the bed was comfortable.The master closet had a great supply of hangers & they were the nice, felt-covered ones.The pool & screened lanai are very spacious and in good condition. The spa would not heat up so not usable.When we first moved in for a month, we had a cpl issues & the management company was very quick to respond, both via email/VRBO & by telephone in one instance. This is a new addition to the VRBO community and the management company so I think there are a few kinks to work out but we were very happy.I would like to suggest that they include a book with instructions on the pool controls, the lighting (both in the house and the lanai), etc. Having this would have reduced the number of calls to the management company and streamlined the process for us.The garage door malfunctioned several times & although it eventually opened & closed, it was somewhat finicky. I think it needs a new opener and track adjustment but nothing that would stop us from staying again. Great Home!
