Punta Gorda Getaway w/ Canal Access & Lanai!

This house was exceptionally accurate to the listing. The photos do not do it justice! We stayed for 9 days with 6 adults and an infant. Three spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, huge living room and 2 well appointed patios gave us the perfect amount of space to hang out together yet enough privacy to feel like we weren’t on top of each other. The neighborhood was quiet and comfortable. We felt like we blended in with the locals. The pool was a huge hit with everyone. It was large, well heated and clean. We are looking forward to a repeat trip!

We had a great stay here on Capri Isles! The home was beautiful - it was decorated beautifully, was clean and comfortable. The house had everything needed for kitchen use and bathroom supplies. We had 5 adults, 3 kids and everyone felt comfortable and well accommodated for. It was so easy to get settled into. We had a few hiccups while on property - AC, dishwasher, but Rob was very responsive to fixing the issues!

The property layout was just perfect for our group of 6 (three couples). Both outdoor and indoor space exceeded all of our expectations. We have done a lot of VRBOs over the years and this was the most well-stocked place we have been to. Everything you could think of to make your stay convenient was there. We even used the grill! Rob was very helpful with a handful of questions that I had in the days leading up to our visit. We all agreed we would absolutely stay here again if ever in the area.

Great communication with the owner started off the amazing house experience. I was impressed over and over by the cleanliness, well maintained property, essentially stocked house and extra conveniences the house provided.

From the house, to the backyard and everything stocked inside. The house was perfectly clean when we arrived, the backyard with a pool, grill, and nice dock to sit and relax or even fish. Everything was stocked in the house from cooking utilities, small spices and much more. The weather wasn’t the best at the start, the house though had enough to keep us busy!

We have been coming to this area of Florida for several years now and we agree as a family that this was the best year yet. The house is perfect and beautifully decorated. Would highly recommend to anyone. Our kids loved the pool and fishing in the afternoon.

We have rented many vacation homes and this was the best one yet. It exceeded our expectations in every way. From the beautifully remodeled kitchen and baths, to the gorgeous decor and all the thoughtful extras, this house was the perfect space for our multi-generation family vacation. This house is well equipped, comfortable, clean and well maintained. We will definitely be back.

Our extended family of six stayed at this home for a week, and everyone loved it. The beds were comfortable, and the neighborhood was extremely quiet. We loved the expansive outdoor space, as well as the nicely heated pool. The kitchen was well equipped, and we had no problem preparing meals there. The owner was a pleasure to work with and was very responsive to any questions we had. We loved the proximity to the great restaurants and shops in Punta Gorda, as well as the walkway along the harbor. If we're ever in this area again, I would not hesitate to stay here.
