Punta Gorda Canal Home w/ Private Pool!

We had a great stay at this home! The instructions and access was easy to get into the home. Everything is provided for you and labeled so it makes it easy to navigate. The backyard area is nice to enjoy, has fans to keep it cool and a tv to watch. The garage has bikes and some outdoor games to play. The house is decorated very nicely and feels very comfortable. The host is great to work with and very responsive which we appreciated! We will stay here again when we come back to the area!

We loved the home! Everything was top notch!! The pool was so enjoyable! We never used the fire pit but we enjoyed sitting there watching the sunset! Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this home!

Our stay was for a month and we wished we’d booked longer! Well appointed house, lovely pool and lanai area, comfortable living space, convenient location AND responsive host!

This property was amazing. It was perfect for our family Christmas celebration. We loved that each couple had a king bed. Rooms were spacious and able to accommodate a baby easily with everything they need. House was clean. Lots of extra details were thought out and provided. Everything was labeled and easy to find. Great communication and help from the host. Outdoor area was great! We could float in the pool and watch the football on the outdoor TV. Neighborhood was nice and location was close to fisherman’s. We could walk and ride bikes easily. Wonderful time was had by all. Would definitely stay here again!

We came to Punta Gorda to celebrate Thanksgiving with extended family. My in-laws live in a condominium, so there would not have been room for all of us. Plus, we were traveling with two four-legged family members. The house was very clean. Additionally, everything was updated and the furniture was nice and comfortable. I did some extensive cooking and had everything I needed. The pool and lanai were fantastic. I only wish we had had more time to enjoy the fire pit. Everything thing about this home was exactly how I would do things if I had a short-term rental. We will definitely check to see if this home is available when we come back again!!!

First, the owner was friendly and easy to communicate with. Then, the house was easy to find, access and in a great location with amenities close by. Finally, the house was very clean, well maintained, and above and beyond stocked with necessities. Staying there felt quite luxurious. With the house exceeding all our needs, we were able to concentrate on having fun and enjoying family.

Wonderful home with awesome pool. Plenty of outlets including USB ports. Bathrobes in the bedroom closets. All kinds of spices. Plenty of cookware. Snacks. Toiletries like toothpaste, toothbrush, makeup remover wipes and hairdryers and more. Very peaceful. Great location. Beautiful pool/Lani Comfortable beds. Fenced in yard for pets. Right on the canal. We will definitely be staying at one of their properties again!

Comfortable, clean, and plenty of amenities to make your stay fantastic! Our kids loved the pool and they really thought of everything for guests to enjoy their stay. The house is located in quiet Punta Gorda Isle located close to downtown, fishermans village, and military museum.

Very nice, very clean, and close to town. Perfect for family vacation.
