    Set up well for families with master king on one side of the house and another king room as well as a room with 2 beds on the other. Pool area was great though the grill could use a little work. Liked see fish at night with underwater dock lights at the neighbors and wished they had them here.very attentive property management company for your needs. Overall a great family vacation!

    We rented this slice of heaven for February and March and had friends and family visit. The house had everything we could possibly need! Pool was wonderful and outdoor area has so much seating and a television … we loved the lanai and spent most of the time there. Excellent property!

    We truly enjoyed our stay, and all of the benefits offered with this home. The owners clearly take pride in their property and it shows. From the great decorations to the most amazing martini glasses on the planet, we felt at home. Don't miss fishing off the dock. We left a live shrimp bucket in the garage. There is a great bait and tackle store across from Laws seafood. They gave us the pointers we needed. We enjoyed exploring the area on the 3 bikes provided, and the 2 kayaks. Biking to the park for sunset is worth it! For the beach there is a rolling cart that made many beachgoers jealous. There were 4 standard beach chairs, a double chair, and plenty of floats for beach or pool. The property management team was very good. We had a couple maintenance items as is expected on a long stay. They were responsive and made sure everything was taken care of. We also appreciated the detailed and helpful binder specific to the house and area. Because they encourage people to leave anything others can safely utilize, things like spices, wraps, etc were in good supply. Don't plan for this, but check what is there before your shopping trip. The fridges were full of beer when we arrived, and we left them the same way :) Enjoy

    We loved the house! The neighborhood is quiet yet convenient for everything in Punta Gorda. The coast was great but hanging out in the pool in the afternoon was the best part of the whole vacation. This is the perfect place for families. The property is extremely well stocked with lots of extras and the property manager was very responsive. We had a fantastic time! Thank You

    Had a blast at this home. Beautiful home, pool was perfect. Caught fish off the dock - Snook, Tarpon, Mangrove Snapper & Yellow Tail Jacks. Very quiet neighborhood, yet super close to everything you'll need. We'll be back next year for our annual Family vacation/gathering for a longer stay. Great being with your adult kids & everyone had fun.

    The house was lovely. It was the most relaxing vacation in years. The kitchen was well stocked. We had plenty of linens. The pool was so much fun. The neighborhood was quiet and close to downtown. We loved our stay.
