Here, you can grill, dine, enjoy the ever-changing ocean views, watch surfers riding the waves, observe seasonal whales, partake in sailboat races, and marvel at breathtaking sunsets.
This three-bedroom townhome is situated on the secluded south side of Puamana, which fortunately survived the Lahaina fire. You'll enjoy majestic panoramic views of Lanai and Molokai, spectacular sunsets, and star-filled skies steps away from the beautiful Pacific Ocean. At Puamana, you can enjoy a refreshing pool, tennis court, pickleball, three surf breaks, and a seasonal golden sand beach. Relax away from the crowds of large resort complexes while still being close enough to enjoy world-class golf, unique shopping, fabulous dining experiences, and the resort amenities of Kaanapali and Kapalua.
This spacious two-story floor plan offers over 1,700 square feet of living space. It features three tropically furnished bedrooms, a separate laundry room, and window air conditioning units in all bedrooms. The main bedroom has access to the deck, perfect for enjoying ocean views and starlit night skies.
We are also pleased to report that two grocery stores in Lahaina, Safeway, and Foodland Farms, along with their shopping complexes, are just a 10-minute drive away. Maui's renowned Hula show, the Old Lahaina Luau, and four excellent restaurants—Ocean Tavern, Mala, Aloha Mixed Plate, and Star Noodle—are also within a 10-minute drive.
While the Historic Clubhouse and 94 townhomes on the north side of the property were destroyed in the fire, you will notice the building sites as you enter the gate at Puamana. Once you cross the bridge, you’ll enter the tropical oasis that Puamana is famous for, characterized by its low-rise homes.
Book your stay for as long as you can escape or work from Maui, and let your tropical adventure begin!

The ocean was the highlight of the stay. We saw whales in the distance. We saw turtles cruising in the surf. We had an endangered Hawaiian Monk Seal visit our beach. Having a beach directly behind the unit was fantastic. In just a few short steps we were walking on the sand enjoying the water. We were able to get in some snorkeling, too. The view from the master bedroom was amazing both at sunset and at night. The sky was filled with stars and the natural beauty was unmatched. The complex is very well maintained. We had a comfortable stay but the unit itself is somewhat dated and worn. The dishes and glassware are a random collection of mismatched pieces. Electrical outlets were loose. A couple of light bulbs were burned out. One closet was so full of random stuff that it was virtually useless. But we made do and enjoyed ourselves nonetheless.Being there over Christmas and New Years had its challenges with the management company. There was confusion over pool access and for a time. We called Security, there was no answer and the mailbox was full. Texts were responded to and our needs were ultimately met. The staff were always pleasant and did their best. The fires took a terrible toll on the Lahaina community. Puamana deserves credit for continuing to service their guests and residents while recovering from the devastation. In closing, my rating of a “4” is an average of a “5” for the setting, location and view and a “3” for the unit itself.

The description of the property did not actually match what we found when we got there. The flooring in the downstairs was coming up and sometimes when you walked on it, it would pinch your feet. Also, you couldn’t open the door to the laundry room to do your laundry. The third bedroom didn’t have a closet to hang your clothes so you just had to leave them in your luggage and take them out daily. The closet in the second bedroom was so full of stuff that you couldn’t hang anything and you had to unplug the TV to get it to turn off. outside on the patio, the awning did not work and broke when we tried to put it down the table legs are wobbly, and we were afraid that it was going to break. I have never been disappointed with a Vrbo before, but we were all disappointed with this property. I’m not sure who does the cleaning, but there were cobwebs on the dining room chairs, and it was generally very dirty throughout the house.

Lovely, beautifully decorated home right on the ocean. We were there for disaster relief for Lahaina, and were able to decompress in this quiet and relaxing space.
