Welcome to Pua Lanai, our North Shore home in Princeville’s Nihilani community. Our spacious bi-level townhome is designed for relaxed island living, with interior stairs separating gathering spaces from restful bedrooms. It’s a place we love returning to—calm, comfortable, and ideal for families or groups looking to slow down and reconnect. Set in a peaceful residential resort setting, a car is recommended for beaches and exploring the island. Hanalei Bay is a short drive away.

The upper level houses three serene bedrooms, a flexible open den, and a full laundry room. All sleeping spaces are designed for comfort with whisper-quiet central air conditioning (included), ceiling fans, and eco-friendly flooring.

Primary Suite
King bed with premium cotton linens, a dedicated workspace, and a private lanai with seating and distant Pacific glimpses. Spa-like en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a walk-in closet.

Second Bedroom
Queen bed with private lanai access and serene mountain views. Shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom.

Third Bedroom
Queen bed with walk-in closet and private sink area. Shares the Jack-and-Jill bathroom.

Flexible Open Den
A versatile loft-style space featuring a convertible Euro-lounger (twin-size sleeping surface).
Please note: the den is open to the hallway and does not have a privacy door, making it best suited for children, teens, or flexible sleeping arrangements.



Garage, Gear & Family Essentials

Guests enjoy exclusive use of a secure, covered two-car garage, which comfortably fits two mid-size SUVs.

Larger Vehicles
If your vehicle does not fit comfortably in the garage, please let us know before or after check-in. We’re happy to arrange an overnight guest parking pass for nearby designated guest parking. Per HOA guidelines, overnight parking outside the garage is limited to approved guest spaces and requires a permit.

Adventure Gear
Cruiser bikes (subject to availability), beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, assorted snorkeling gear, and a cooler.

Family Ready
A BOB stroller is stored in the garage, and a Pack ’n Play is available in the bedroom closet.

Bike Safety Note
Helmets are not provided. Guests are encouraged to bring their own or rent locally for proper fit and safety.

A dedicated rinse hose is located just outside the garage for easy cleanup after the beach.

Safety & Local Terrain Awareness

Princeville sits atop scenic coastal bluffs, which is part of what makes the area so beautiful. Many nearby beaches and viewpoints are accessed via descending trails and climbing back up. These paths may include steep sections, uneven footing, and muddy conditions after rain.

Some secluded beaches do not have lifeguards. Guests should use caution, wear appropriate footwear, supervise children closely, and assess ocean and trail conditions carefully before exploring.

    We had a wonderful and memorable stay at this condo last week! The condo is very nice, clean, as in the pictures and description, in a beautiful resort and perfect location in Princeville area! Our family of 5 adults had plenty of space and everything we need for our stay at this condo! The instructions provided in the condo are very clear, same as the instructions provided from our host Dhivya! And it was a pleasure communicating with Dhivya throughout the booking process and our stay! Dhivya was always prompt in responding to all our messages! We would love to stay here again for our next visit to Kauai!

    We had an amazing stay at Dhivya’s place! The location is perfect, and the home was incredibly comfortable for our family. It’s spacious, very clean, and thoughtfully maintained, which made it feel like a true home away from home. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub — such a fun and relaxing bonus! Dhivya was also a fantastic host: very responsive and a great communicator throughout our stay. We would absolutely recommend this place and would love to stay again!

    Wonderful communication with the owners throughout the stay. Everything in the home is clearly marked and it is very well stocked. Home was very clean and beds were comfortable. Very nice size washer and dryer. About a 20 minute walk to a great sunset spot. Overall a great stay!

    The owners were a delight to work with! We had many special requests because we fly standby so we needed to start a day early and asked for a late check out. They were able to accommodate a day early and tried their best for a late check out. The place was great! My only request would be more washcloths. We only had 4 so had to do laundry everyday.

    We stayed at this property during the second half of our Hawaiian vacation. Everything went great. It was very helpful to have chairs and an umbrella in the garage that we could use when we went to the beach. We brought our own snorkeling equipment, but there was plenty of equipment in the garage as well. The directions are very clear and easy to follow. The location of the home is close to everything you need. The home had plenty of towels, including beach towels as well. We would definitely stay again!

    We booked a week to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary with our daughter and her family--three generations ranging from 10 to 75. The condo was perfect for our needs. The rooms were spacious and well-furnished, the bedrooms and en suite bathrooms provided plenty of privacy, the pool and grounds were immaculate, and the location was very convenient. We used Princeville as a base to explore the north and east coasts, from Tunnel Beach to Lydgate beach. We enjoyed a couple of local fairs, dined at food trucks, and shopped at outdoor markets. We had a great anniversary dinner at Jo2 restaurant in Kapa'a--highly recommended. All in all, our week's stay on Kauai was everything we'd hoped for and more.

    We had a wonderful week, the condo is a short drive to Hanalei, and just minutes from a few other beaches as well. We made use of the bikes, beach gear, and pool area was never crowded at all on any of the days we hung out there. Princeville shops and a cute little park is about a mile away, Makai golf course is walking distance too..awesome location for anyone looking to stay/explore the north side of the island. We also did a few day trips to the south side..back into Lihue for brunch, and took a drive to Waimea Canyon/Kekaha (about 1hr30min drive) Place was very clean and the owner reached out multiple times pre-check in with information and tips on markets and places to stop/shop. Would recommend staying here! We miss Kauai already, it’s beautiful.

    We are a family of 6 who visited from Canada for 11 days. Some of us had been to the area previously, and it was new to some of us. This property offered lots of space for us all including beautiful patios. Ample beach chairs, towels, cooler as well as a cooler bag, snorkel gear and beach umbrella were convenient and very much appreciated! We thoroughly enjoyed the location of this rental with lots of walking in the neighbourhood and minutes away from Hanalei. The common pool area was clean and beautiful, and offered many lounge chairs and a covered area. We didn't ever have to wait for one of the three bbq's, and the accommodation is situated within steps of the pool area. We would love to return to this location.

    Wonderful home. Fantastic responsive Owners. This home has a nice layout and is well taken care of and clean. The pool is just down the street.We would definitely stay here on our next visit.The kitchen is well equipped the only thing we would wish for would be plastic wrap or baggies for food to go.Thank you Dhivya.

    We had a great stay with our family in this unit. The unit is very close to the community pool, so we were able to not only swim but use the BBQ on more than one occasion. The location is very quiet, however just a short drive to the other conveniences of staying in Princeville.
