Stayed Jul 28, 2025Amazing property!These beautiful houses exceeded our expectations. Each one is thoughtfully designed with multiple excellent rooms and decorated in an authentic Patmian style, with great attention to detail. The location is ideal—less than a 15-minute walk to downtown Skala.We especially loved the views from the verandas and the variety of outdoor seating areas, perfect for enjoying morning coffee, afternoon relaxation, or dinner under the stars.The owner was incredibly kind and accommodating, allowing us early check-in and late checkout, which made our stay even more enjoyable.We absolutely loved Patmos, and this property made our visit truly special. Highly recommend!

Stayed Aug 12, 2023Very nice property with an amazing view on the bay of Patmos, we really enjoyed the armony and peacefull of the house, the details in the architecture and the wonderful and well maintened plants in the garden!. Hosts always available, they took care of our staying, finally really thanks to their local contacts Nikos and Despina!
